The check in was smooth and hotel is located at a central location. You can walk to the ancient town in about 15-20min time. There is also a mall located near the hotel so that you can do your grocery shopping or have a quick bite. Special shout out to 燕燕 for her attentive service.

The room was clean and the location is convenient, across the street from a shopping mall. The service is very good and friendly but the staff did not provide us with a lot of information on amenities at the hotel. We only found out about them later in the bedroom display. It would be better to have them also at the front desk.

房間設備都很新房間面積也很大聽説是年前剛剛裝修好的有點創意民宿的感覺裝修風格個人很喜歡就是房間裏原木的味道還很大還有我要求的兩間房相鄰最後沒有安排上管家之之服務態度很好早餐不錯每間房還有下午茶點心總體來説滿意

位置：酒店在檀溪路，步行十來分鐘可到北街，旁邊有公交車站，有便利店餐館，還有一個商場，出行吃飯都很方便。設施：房間乾淨，日常用品都齊全，還有自助洗衣房，洗完還可烘乾，房間內也放置了一個小型晾衣假，房間內的Wi-Fi信號也穩定。餐飲：給酒店的早餐點個贊，種類豐富但不花哨，比較實在，性價比高。下午茶裏的小蛋糕做的也不錯，還有小朋友喜歡的馬卡龍。服務：遇到的工作人員都很友善，走的時候還給小朋友送了小玩具，非常感謝！不管是親子出行，還是個人旅遊，都值得推薦這家。

給家人訂的房，儘管假期房源緊張，前台美女客服還是想方設法不折騰的給延住了，非常感謝悉心細緻的安排，下午茶點和晚上點心都很好吃，也有求必應，家裡長者很滿意，襄陽是個美妙的地方，人好店好！

説真的，這個酒店四百多真的很不值，設施設備都很老舊了，房間裏玻璃臟，地毯臟，連一次性拖鞋都沒有，房間還不通風，我也不知道這4.8的評分是怎麼評出來的，唯一一點還好的就是前台服務還可以。
