It's a very nice hotel, clean and hygienic. The front desk service is also very warm and friendly. It's conveniently located with easy access to shopping. There's a big supermarket right next to it.

The location is very convenient. Right next to it is the big supermarket Walmart. I didn't bring anything when I came on a business trip, so it's very convenient to go there to buy things. The service at the front desk is also very good.

我外出一般都住維也納國際酒店、錦江都城酒店和麗楓酒店。這次出來也是首選麗楓酒店，跑了4個地市，主要都是麗楓酒店。這個酒店設施齊全，衞生條件非常好，環境優美，裝修的有海派風格，簡潔高級洋氣，科技含量較高，使用極為方便。服務很好，周到細緻暖心。特別是夜班值班的小夥子，解決問題能力很強，應急應變能力讓人很滿意，舒心。服務態度很好，客户有賓至如歸的感覺。隔壁就是停車場，很方便。酒店在市區，交通十分便利，到各個景點都很方便。

酒店不錯，附近挺好的，找了幾間不錯的店爽吃一頓了，回去的時候有點晚，房卡不見了 害我乾著急，還好前台小姐姐貼心，幫我重新制了一張

避雷！！嚴重避雷！！根本不是麗楓 一定看清楚了！！這家是盜版 名叫麓楓 實際根本不是什麼酒店 衹是個破旅館 環境巨巨巨臟亂差 沒有電梯 前台 走廊 房間都特別簡陋 屋裡特別臟 地上還有蟲子 屋裡廁所上印着還是xx旅館的標 估計麓楓兩個字衹是為了打個擦邊球改的招牌 裏面就是老破小旅館而且剛定完10分鐘就不給退了 怎麼説都不給退

房間看着還行，跟其他錦江旗下的酒店沒區別，衹是隔音不好。晚上兩點被拖拉桌椅類的聲音吵醒，時間持續很久，打擾休息，也向前台進行反應。第二天退房時，酒店也及時溝通並表示歉意。建議沙發及時翻新清理！看着不乾淨

有停車場，停車方便，酒店內部乾淨整潔，周邊有沃爾瑪超市，有吃飯的飯店，生活比較方便，和孩子來襄陽玩，城牆免費上，比西安好，西安上城牆還要收費
