When checking in, the front desk attendant, Agnes, was incredibly thoughtful. She proactively asked about our travel plans, introduced routes to Shenxianju and Danzhu Primeval Forest, and even clearly marked local specialty restaurants – truly exceptional attention to detail. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable; every corner and bathroom crevice was thoroughly cleaned. When I called for an extra set of toiletries mid-stay, housekeeping delivered them within minutes, and the staff's attitude was gentle and polite. The daily cleaning auntie was light-footed and always replenished mineral water and tidied up the desktop clutter. The service was exceptionally meticulous.
