We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotspring valley hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It was right next to the hot spring resort and they had a great Chinese breakfast buffet.

Not what I expected. The way this hotel sells itself on Trip.com, does not align with what's presented upon arrival. Our rooms were dirty. Stains everywhere. Broken furniture. We complained, but were told that there aren't rooms available for the rest of the weekend, as it was "fully booked". After contacting an agent at trip.com, there were suddenly rooms available for us. Rooms that were much cleaner, much more in line with their apparent 4star rating. The hotsprings were good. I wouldn't advise spending your money staying at the hotel. There are other hotels nearby.
