"The room itself is quite dated. I now understand why this place ranks so high on Ctrip – it's because they give out freebies for positive reviews, which is clearly a form of fabricated praise. The entire facility is truly run-down. As for the service at the Country Garden Hot Spring Center, it's beyond comment – simply appalling. Guests are talked back to even for the slightest remarks. I had intended to treat my family to a pleasant hot spring experience, but we left utterly exasperated. Then, during check-out the next day, the elevator wouldn't budge no matter how many times we pressed the button. We only discovered it was under maintenance after taking the fire escape, and astonishingly, even their own staff seemed clueless about it. The only acceptable service came from the security guards and the front desk staff; every other aspect of this hotel truly deserves a 200% negative rating. If you try to complain about being mistreated, their standard reply is, 'Oh, they're just student interns.' Isn't it always the case that problems are blamed on temporary staff? I will absolutely never return to this hotel."

"The hotel's overall environment was okay, but the stay experience was quite poor. I booked a family room as I was bringing my child to run a marathon, and we barely got any sleep, which affected the next day's race. The soundproofing of the room door was terrible; calls in the hallway and conversations from the next room sounded like they were right next to our ears, making it impossible for my child to sleep. The in-room facilities were very old; it's far from a 5-star standard, even worse than hotels like Ji Hotel or Lavande. The showerhead was very dirty and full of limescale, and the toilet seemed ancient with its yellowed plastic lid. The edges of the sink were moldy, and there were unwashed stains on the duvet."

"Traveling during off-peak season, we drove from Wuhan and arrived in Xianning in just over an hour. After comparing several hotels online, we finally chose Huanman, and it exceeded our expectations. **Location:** Conveniently located directly opposite Optics Valley Plaza, right by the big roundabout. The hotel offers free parking, and the parking lot 🅿️ is quite spacious. **Cleanliness:** We booked a family room this time. The room was very large, and both beds were big and exceptionally clean with no strange odors. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable that I didn't want to get up. **Room Facilities:** The hotel was renovated and opened in 2024. It has a simple yet luxurious style with complete and advanced facilities. Just call out to 'Xiaodu,' and it will open/close the curtains, turn on/off the TV, lights, and air conditioning. The TV is super large, great for watching sports. The air conditioning also works wonderfully. **Service:** The front desk staff were attentive and enthusiastic. After checking in, they even provided an ID card holder. The front desk also offers complimentary steam eye masks, earplugs, lighters, and lotion. The hotel has a gym and a laundry room, and in the evening, a robot delivers late-night congee to your room. We went to the restaurant for breakfast around 9 AM. It was clean and tidy, with a wide variety of delicious options. The Hot Dry Noodles were particularly tasty. It was impressive that one auntie in the restaurant prepared all of that food; she worked so hard, and we were very satisfied with our meal. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and my parents were very pleased! Huanman Hotel will be my first choice for future trips, and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!"

"I stayed in a Business King Room at the Popark City Hotel this time. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and hygienic, and the hot water was great – the room was spacious and the hot water was strong, making for a very comfortable shower. The air conditioning worked very well, keeping the room warm and cozy even in this weather. Parking was very convenient. The location was easy to find, and the breakfast was especially delicious. I asked the lady to make me a pork noodle soup with soy milk and fried dough sticks – it was really tasty and great value for money.
