First: ladies at the front desk: rally lovely helpful ladies!
But about the rest???
Swimming-pool? Not open yet. Was not advertised on the internet it was closed. We booked the hotel because of the poo…I hardly believe it will ever be open …
Breakfast? Terrible. Very old food. Bread options were so old, you could not even bite in it. They do not refill. So no fruit was left at 9.15….. breakfast should be open till 10.00…
Food options restaurant for dinner: black pepper beef was way to hard to chew, and overpriced.
Room cleaning: perfect
Roomsize: okay
Airconditioning: we had to ask several times why it didn’t work. It was way to hot in the room, so we didn’t have a nice sleep.
Overal: despite the lovely desk ladies, would never again stay here again.

I booked a mountain view room specifically to see the view, but the room was arranged on the fourth floor facing the platform, which really ruined my impression. The staff did not inform me before check-in, and I was told that there was no room available when I wanted to change rooms afterwards, which affected my unpleasant stay experience.
