服態度好，多次為我們入住解決問題，衞生床品尤為舒服。停車也很方便，特別要讚的是酒店的歺飲部，吃的即衞生又舒服，那大肉包子絕對好，早上自助歺也樣式豐富，讓你有不想離開的感覺。太棒了。值得推薦！

給長者和小孩訂的房，高鐵晚上到，在新幹暫住一晚第二天回鄉下。長者表示找不到房間需要客服帶一下，前台不願意帶。原本訂的房帶早餐的，可第二天用餐時卻説衹有一張房卡，衹能一人用餐，另一個小孩要補餐費，可我訂的是雙標間啊，兩張床的啊，怎麼兩個人就衹給一人用餐呢？欺負長者小孩嗎？

車子停在他們賓館停車場被颳了都不來配合調監控，查一下到底怎麼個情況，又沒有説要他們賓館賠，服務態度非常惡劣

酒店服務讓人失望，前台態度冷漠。房間設施陳舊，衞生欠佳。早餐種類有限，位置偏僻。定了兩個房，房間給我弄反了，不推薦入住。

4月29日晚大暴雨，人和車都被水淹了，沒有褲子可換，第二天一早要出門辦重要事情，當班工作人員幫忙借到了褲子，解了燃眉之急，點贊👍👍👍
