設施：設施比較高 衹能語音 電動窗簾 小米電視 電動馬桶 房間大 這個房間是兩張1.5米大床 房間寬敞 樓層也高 整體都很好 就是一次性浴巾不太好用 洗澡水有大又熱 如果再有一個辦公桌就更好了
衞生：衞生整潔 衞生間 淋浴間都比較整潔 就是地毯顯得有點臟了
環境：環境很好 樓下就是萬達廣場 購物 就餐非常方便
服務：樓層服務人員服務態度好 響應及時 前台看着很疲憊 有問必答

第一次來西寧，酒店選了很久最終入住海螺酒店，就在萬達位置優越，出門逛街吃飯都方便。酒店老闆熱情，服務周到，房間乾淨整齊裝修也很新，大落地窗很滿意。推薦給朋友們。

第一次來西寧入住海螺酒店，酒店環境優雅，地理位置相當好地段繁華，萬達商圈，出去吃的逛的都很方便。前台姑娘服務熱情，房間衞生乾淨，也時尚寬敞，智能馬桶，有空調，如果你也來西寧這家酒店是不錯的選擇，我很滿意下次來還住海螺🐚

房間超級大，地段繁華，逛街方便，服務周到，服務員待人禮貌，價格親民，同時臨走還有伴手禮，老闆的辦公室唐卡壯觀，長見識了，酒店裝修很新，住的也舒服，酒店的用的一次性用品很喜歡，乾淨又方便，老闆很細心，房間門都按了隔音條，房間隔音也很好！

房間很大，佈局也合理，單人床都很寬敞，國慶期間這個價格能訂到這水平的房間很划算了，位置也很好，就在萬達旁邊，周圍很熱鬧，就是沒有免費停車，總的來説很滿意

房間的窗户打不開加持地暖太熱了，後面叫了個師傅打開了，睡前關了早上又打不開了。 房間還有蜘蛛和好幾衹小蚊子 21樓...。 有一點有點疑惑 大床房為何是一瓶水一雙拖鞋 默認單人住嗎[雖然是一個人住]
