"Location: This is a major plus. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel called 'Sanjiao Huayuan West' (Triangle Garden West), which has a direct route (Bus 909) to Ta'er Monastery. I've even shared a detailed guide on a certain social media platform. If you walk uphill and slightly to the left from the hotel, you'll reach Beidajie (North Street). Turning right and walking forward from Beidajie leads you to Nandajie (South Street), Mojia Street, and attractions like Jinta Temple, Hongjiao Temple, and the Confucius Temple. All these are within a comfortable 1-2 km walking distance, which is excellent. Service: The front desk staff were competent and professional. They provided all the necessary information and reminders. While they weren't overly enthusiastic, I felt their service was very thorough and attentive. They reminded me of everything I needed to know and were responsive to requests. Facilities: I booked a business twin room on the 25th floor with outdoor views. The window could be opened. Since it faced east, the room was a bit warm when I first entered, but once the air conditioning was on, the overall temperature became comfortable. I turned off the AC at night because it got a bit chilly. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and kept the room spotless. Free bottled water was replenished daily, except for one large bottle explicitly marked in the room as costing 5 RMB – that's something to note. Afternoon Tea: I tried the afternoon tea. There was nothing particularly special about it – a pot of tea, some popcorn, four small pastries, and a small bowl of fruit. So, if you're tired and don't feel like going out, and it's offered complimentary between 2 PM and 5 PM, it's worth trying. I wouldn't recommend purchasing it separately as it's not particularly good value. Additionally, I didn't book breakfast because I wanted to sleep in. For breakfast, if you walk out of the hotel, turn right, then uphill to the first intersection and turn right again, opposite the primary school, there's a place called 'He Yonglong Da Gu Tang' (He Yonglong Big Bone Soup). I found it to be very affordable. You pay for the bone broth, and the flatbreads, sweet garlic, and dried radishes are all free. Two of us had a large bowl, and it was incredibly good value. Overall, highly recommended."

"This hotel room has windows, and everything is there: a water dispenser, a table, a coffee table, and a sofa. The curtains are all electric. The whole room is smart, and even the toilet is smart with a heating function."

"My experience at this international chain hotel was truly disappointing. 1. The hotel's own 6th-floor restaurant had poor food hygiene. My family of three ordered food to our room using the hotel's QR code. The next day, both adults experienced diarrhea; I had it 6 times. (On the day we ordered, we only had breakfast at a hotel by Qinghai Lake, then drove around sightseeing without eating any main meals, and only ordered food after checking into this hotel in the evening. We didn't eat anything else after that meal). 2. Around 9:35 AM, someone had locked themselves in the 8th-floor laundry room and was smoking inside. Holiday Inn is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. 3. The hotel room card had the room number written on it with a sticker. This is a security risk. If a guest loses their room card outside, anyone who finds it could easily figure out which room it belongs to."

"Fantastic location! Right in the heart of the business district, with dining, entertainment, and shopping just downstairs – super convenient. The room was on a high floor, offering an unbeatable view from the floor-to-ceiling windows; the scenery was beautiful. The facilities are comprehensive, and there's even a free laundry room, which is a huge plus for business travelers. Service was also top-notch. Overall, a great experience – five-star recommendation!"

"I stayed in a private bed room this time, not a dormitory. The room was very clean, with no strange smells, and the bathroom and shower were also spotless, with no mold issues. I was on the third floor. It's worth noting that smoking is allowed in this building. Someone was smoking in the lobby on the first floor, and the smoke would drift up the hallway. Even with the window open and the exhaust fan on, the smell of smoke from the hallway and neighboring rooms would sometimes seep into my room through the gap under the door. The soundproofing of the room was also just average, which was a bit of a shame. Closing the window and turning off the exhaust fan significantly reduced the smoke smell. I later bought masking tape from a nearby stationery shop and sealed the gaps around my door every night, which worked very well. It seems that Gansu and Qinghai are generally more tolerant of smoking compared to other places. Overall, though, the room was very clean and odorless, and I slept well at night. It was a good stay overall."
