Overall hotel cleanliness is okay. Good things is this room has bathtub and you can relax a bit during your stay. But the service and reception attitude is very bad and unprofessional. Lots of facilities has broken inside the room. Bathroom Light is not function well. air conditioning is not function as advertisement. When asking question, the reception is not willing to answer. And we booked 4 days 3 nights. They locked our room card for only 3 days 2 nights due to their mistake and missed to look at the booking correctly, no breakfast voucher given as our deal is including the breakfast. We unable back to room to rest luckily the cleaning aunty help us to open the door. Bad experience, won’t be come back and stay here.

浴室地磚都碎成一塊一塊的，扎到腳了，洗臉池小就算了，龍頭還是壞的，洗個臉衣服上全是水，還有這個衞生我就不説了，自己看圖，客廳地板都沒拖乾淨，走路粘腳

定的房型有兩種，頭一回進去以後發現不對，聯繫前台很及時的就給更換了圖片中的房型，屋內地暖很舒服，房間衞生保持的挺好的，就是屋內的空調開啟和關閉的時候突然異響挺嚇人的，建議後期維護下，房型確實挺好，位置也好，總的來説，確實適合入住，下次如果入住的話，還是會考慮的。

空調不得勁，所以有點小折磨。窗户那快應該是常開狀態，所以沒有打掃痕跡。房間裏送的那兩瓶水，有一瓶已經開封並被喝過。其他沒有問題，地理位置極佳，隔音很好，服務很熱心。

唐道的酒店還是很不錯的，前台辦理入住也快，周邊的美食也多。進到房間也挺有特色的，好大一個圓床，馬桶還是智能的，不會關窗簾，喊了客房工作人員來幫忙，介紹了小歐管家，原來這窗簾 燈光 都不用手動，這價格真是值啊，房間温度也可以，實話是一次不錯的體驗。以後來西寧玩，還會選擇你們家。也祝店家生意興隆哈🌈🌈🌈

非常不錯的一次體驗。前台接待也熱情，辦理入住快速，幾分鐘就搞定了，下次入住時一定要去看看你們的餐廳，聽説早餐也很豐盛，我們房間本來就有兩套洗漱用品，晚上用掉了，早上需要時和前台聯繫，也是不大一會大姐就送過來了，服務很周到！！！
