第一次來西寧，西寧很有意思，人很好，天氣很舒服，但是酒店真的一般般。
以下100%包真實評價的。
第一天選了無煙房，給了一間帶有腥味的房間，下樓換了房。雖然有禁止吸煙的標牌，但是別的房間抽煙總是是不是飄到房間來。床單下也有明顯毛髮如圖。minibar的可樂連拉環都沒有。
第二天早上打了前台電話説續住，中午回到酒店後續房卡，前台問了5遍要好評，我説我明天退房後可以給，還是一直問，讓我現在在前台寫，直接拒絕。（可以理解有kpi
回房間點了勿擾，有人敲門問我打掃衞生嗎？下午4點出門，到前台説幫我打掃下衞生，就倒垃圾➕拖下地即可，前台登記了房號後確認。下午6點多回房間，房間多了伴手禮和水果（全部退回）沒有打掃過。打電話到前台問為什麼兩個多小時都沒打掃，才來了保潔人員。來了以後説這是打掃過的，我説你確定嗎？看了以後她打電話説確實沒打掃過。（態度很好）又叫了人過來幫我倒了垃圾，其他我都説不需要了。臨時改了計劃第三天離開西寧。
這些全部都算了，最搞笑的來了，一切結束30分鐘後又有人敲門説打掃衞生，我請問一下，是進入了什麼打掃衞生無限流副本嗎。
我定的房間有早餐，續住未給早餐券，晚上我看了下訂單發現，打電話給前台，前台第一遍説不含早，我説上面寫了兑換早餐，第二遍説有早，機器人送上來早餐券，並且説了幫我把房間延遲到2點退房。
退房當天門上按了勿擾，10點多有人敲門問我打掃衞生嗎？我説不是按了勿擾嗎？下午13點前台打電話提醒我退房，我説昨天不是已經和你們確認過了延遲退房嗎。這個酒店是從前台到保潔都是沒有相互通知和工作交接，並且已讀亂回的。
酒店基本衞生是可以保障的，早餐也不錯！但是希望能建幾個工作對接羣吧^^

這次來西寧選擇入住海湖新區城際酒店，體驗感絕佳！酒店2025年新開，各方面都很新。房間乾淨衞生，床品舒適，布草和沙發都很新，還有智能馬桶，使用起來超方便。酒店位置超讚，地處海湖新區核心商務區，周圍商場、餐廳林立，步行幾分鐘就能到唐道637人文商業街區。服務也非常貼心，前台辦理入住效率高，態度好，總機和樓層服務員對特殊要求的滿足度也很高 。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，還有當地特色美食，吃得超滿足。下次來西寧，還選這兒！

本次入住非常滿意，酒店所有員工都很熱情，衹要遇到都會問好，前台很有耐心，有問必答，還主動介紹周邊的美食和景點，房間衞生打掃的也很乾凈，裝修很新，早餐也不錯，有現拉的牛肉麪和餛飩，味道超讚，對開車旅行的人來説最方便的就是停車場，這家酒店有兩個，地上和地下，車位很充足！推薦大家來體驗這家酒店！

1、衞生非常好，畢竟是新開的酒店（浴室、房間）2.前台的效率快、態度非常好（辦理入住所花的時間短、對提問的迴應態度很耐心）大堂經理的響應速度快、態度好（對投訴的反應很快、對提問的迴應態度温和）3，有獨立的地下停車場，車位充足，4，布草沙發都舒適，內設都是嶄新的，5，房屋面積太對得起這個價格了，西寧城市中心，奔走經典一天以後，有掛耳咖啡和茶水，杯子套裝都很精緻，冰吧裏有專門的冰鎮杯，6洗護用品香型很高級，配備齊全。
