The name of the Hotel is Mei Si International Hotel.and not Muslim Mansion Hotel like how it's sold on the booking sites.
The hotel was obviously built in the 1980's and little has changed since that time. It's an interesting time machine to those times. The bed is excellent and very comfortable.
Receptionists are reserved but helpful, the rooms are of a good size. Everything was quite satisfactory if you can accept that this is a very old and distinguished faded hotel in a prime location in Xining. All in all it was an excellent stay.

For Muslim travelers, this hotel is good as they served Halal breakfast. Location wise is good as it's on the main road. Easy to get taxi/bus. Xining Railway station is about 5 minutes drive depending on traffic.
Many Halal restaurants around the hotel. Dongguan and Beiguan mosques are within walking distance.

It's OK for one or two nights. However, absolutely overpriced. The room was quite dirty: hairs on the bedding and in the bathroom, a very dirty carpet. The floor in the bathroom was slippery. No mats to prevent slipping whatsoever. The infrastructure is old. Apparently, the owner doesn't want to invest much into it. The lifts are super slow. The Internet connection was surprisingly fast. There washing machines next to the lobby - I don't know whether they are free.
The name is different than shown in this app. That confused me a bit. Miles International Hotel. However, if I remember correctly, it's written as Mei Si International Hotel.
Not very far from the closest Night Market and the Dongguan Mosque, the latter should be taken off the list of the landmarks of Xining, though - they have completely destroyed it, it used to be such a beautiful mosque.

酒店位置好，周邊吃的選擇多，可以去附近吃的地方小小打卡，紅色文創牆拍照挺好看的，手抓羊肉好吃，清真餐廳不能飲酒！

此生住過最差的4星酒店沒有之一！酒店破爛不堪，20年前鄉村招待所水平，修修補補牆面/天花板到處是補丁，踢腳線脱落翹起等等。衞生也沒見過這麼糟糕的，整套花灑從管子到蓬頭水垢堆積到看不到一點點的光面，其他衞生不細數了。房間傢俱陳舊到沒一塊表面是好的，都脱皮。誰給評的四星？還改了名叫啥啥國際！更搞笑的是，和我先生入住大床房，登記了我的身份和我先生護照（外國人），前台默認我是導遊，這是四星國際酒店的員工培訓？

首先，酒店改名美斯國際酒店，4⭐️是在夢裡有，設施服務衞生，比不上小旅店！！其次，門卡100元按金，這是什麼年代的事情了啊？再次，遙控器，桌面都是臟污，地毯上假睫毛明晃晃的掛着，各處傢俱都是掉皮狀態，淋浴間地漏一半在淋浴間，一半在外面，連電話機都是壞的，窗户沒有紗窗，小飛蟲飛飛飛，太無語了！最後，説點好的吧，投影房看電影確實方便，早餐還可以，比青甘環線其他同類酒店好！總之，這是見過房間內最破舊的酒店，沒有之一

説實話這酒店四星，真的名不符實，不見訂的四星酒店招牌，衹有美斯國際三星的招牌，設施陳舊，花酒漏水，需要及時更新下，估計能大幅提高酒店入住體驗！還好位置很好。
