Pro points -
The beds are soft and comfy, good showers with very hot water. Rooms were clean. The buses from outside connect well to the Muslim area of the city and the restaurants nearby are nice. Staff are friendly.
Bad points -
We booked a non smoking room, all the rooms available were infact non smoking and yet the whole place absolutely stank of cigarettes.
We moved rooms because after dinner we came back to a haze of smoke in the room, everyone must be smoking.
I live in China, I realise this isn't uncommon, but in that case don't advertise non smoking rooms.

The service provided by the front desk lady is very good, proactive, enthusiastic, and very friendly. The room is clean and has no odor. The bathroom is also very clean. There is hot water all day long and the water comes out quickly. It is a good place to stay on a business trip

The soundproofing is very poor. The cars outside are so noisy. I don't recommend staying here.

Wrong encounter, wrong order, and when I found out it was too late to cancel. It's very hidden and hard to find, and the room hygiene is not good. I don't want to say anything else.
