酒店地段很繁華工作人員服務態度非常好、安排的房間温馨乾淨樓層高景色美、樓下吃飯購物都很方便、下次還會選擇入住的.
房間提供不同的枕頭可以選擇，很舒適.

酒店位置比較方便，周邊吃飯之類都很近，酒店服務熱情周到，進門還送了小吃，但是我覺得還是那個送的酸奶太好吃了，本來想晚上再留着吃結果都吃完了…房間温馨舒適晚上景色很美，體驗挺好的，之後還會選擇這裏

設施很完善，房間還有加濕器，對於南方去旅遊的人真的很友好，角角落落都打掃的很乾凈，旁邊就是萬達廣場，客房都在19層以上，房間裏很安靜，夜景也好，入住不到10分鐘就送來了歡迎水果和特色酸奶，酸奶真的很好吃！

這次入住真的太懂親子家庭了！酒店位置絕了，就在市中心，逛吃逛買出門即達，完全不用費時間趕路。房間是滿滿的卡通風，牆面貼了可愛的卡通貼紙，連抱枕都是小動物造型，娃一進房間就興奮得跳起來，完全不用費心思哄。
最驚喜的是窗台視角，推開窗就能看到市中心的熱鬧街景，白天看車水馬龍，晚上看燈火璀璨，隨手拍都是好看的照片。而且剛入住就送了新鮮的歡迎水果，還有超地道的青海老酸奶，酸甜清爽，細節感直接拉滿，帶娃住這兒太值了！

環境：酒店位置非常好，周邊應該至少有四個商場離得都非常近，吃飯購物看電影都非常的方便，步行都能到達，離野生動物園車程基本在十分鐘以內。
服務：辦入住時前台主動幫忙升級了房間，並提醒酒店提供免費得宵夜服務，中秋節當天也是吃了湯圓（團團圓圓呀）。客房阿姨打掃房間，還幫忙洗了襪子（其實是已經洗過的），擦了行李箱，非常感謝阿姨，環線結束最後一站回到酒店所有都煥然一新的感覺非常好。
設施：酒店有自助洗衣房，洗烘都很方便，終於不再是帶一箱臟衣服返程啦✌️下次再來西寧還會選擇

酒店位置很好就在海湖萬達對面，樓下還有夜市，吃東西買東西逛街都很方便，房間設施還可以，晚上高空視野很好，但公共區域設施不多沒有泳池啥的，國慶沒咋漲價性價比不錯，就是酒店在寫字樓上面幾層，沒有專用停車場，停車有點亂

酒店硬件設施和軟件服務都非常好，大堂在19樓，辦入住加微信詳細告知説要想了解的，停車在地下2、3層，非常大，最好停5號樓地下，不然樓很多走路遠。房間大而且配置高檔，看照片。迎客有本店造鮮酸奶酪，水果零食，夜宵21-23：00，可以去餐廳吃，也可以電話送到房間。站在房間窗前看城市夜景，樓下是連片集中商業中心，萬達、中道大倉，高樓林立，有點堵車。可在總枱登機免費停車，總體體驗相當不錯。

沒注意酒店是在19層以上。高峯期需要等會電梯。
早餐不錯。其他時間也可以單點炒菜和西餐，可以送到房間。炒菜做的不錯。
旁邊商業繁華。購物方便。打車叫車都很快。
