I had stayed at the hotel before the Spring Festival and felt very good. This time when I went to Xining again, I still booked the hotel. However, this stay made my child and I collapse physically and mentally. The room was nearly 30℃ hot. I dared not turn on the lights in the room, otherwise it would be even hotter, like a barbecue. The air conditioner could not be started. When I opened the window, there was only a downward gap, and the cool air could not enter the room at all. I borrowed a fan from the hotel and slept for 2 hours in the afternoon, and the room dropped to 24℃. I thought the temperature could be maintained at this temperature at night, but I didn't expect the room temperature to soar to 28℃ after dinner and continued until I checked out. I was speechless and sweaty and couldn't fall asleep. As an old and senior brand hotel, I can't understand whether you have considered the feelings of travelers at this temperature. Very disappointed.

The front desk service is excellent and warm. It is very convenient to meet guests in the lobby. Coffee is also provided. The room is clean, tidy and sanitary. The breakfast is rich and colorful. I will choose here next time.

There is only one person working at the large front desk. It is very unprofessional to check in and not distinguish between first come first served! The air conditioner in the room was at 16 degrees for half a night and it was not warm! It looks like a Philips desk lamp but it doesn't light at all. It is broken. Is it Philips? This hotel is really speechless

I was on a business trip on New Year's Eve, and was honored to be invited to celebrate the New Year with the hotel staff. It was beyond imagination. The rooms were nice and the dinner was warm, which made up for the regret of not being able to go home for a reunion. The management staff was really attentive!

After checking in, I forgot my facial cleanser in the room. After communicating with the hotel front desk by phone, I got the facial cleanser again. I was very surprised. It was not only packed in a special small bag, but also had an item label on it. A small lost item shows that the hotel has standardized management, orderly staff, and standardized implementation of small details. It is worthy of being an old hotel. Thank you! I will give priority to Hilton in the future.
