It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle.
The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat!
What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient.
To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend my sincere thanks to Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be choosing the Campanile again on my next visit to Xining!

It was raining and we were very cold from the walk from the HSR station and the receptionist was very concern and provided great service and warm water immediately. Siao Kau was very attentive and also help in providing contacts to the Qinghai lake tour. The tour turned out great even though it was snowing along the way. Didn't expect it to snow in late April. Breakfast was great. Coffee machine with fresh beans and the soya milk was good. Kudos to the hotel service and facilities. Football and billiard table was great during rain and snow season.

We had a wonderful stay with this hotel. They let us check in early and gave us free breakfast for every evening of the stay. The hotel is clean and wonderful to stay in and the people are so nice! The room was clean, comes with a humidifier too! It was a 5 star service especially with the help of
XiaoJing, Xiao Gạo and Xiao Huang! they are extremely helpful and pleasant at the front desk. 100% recommend for location, cleanliness and friendliness to overseas guests.

Hotel service was excellent - allowed for late check out after hearing that our train timing was late, and brought a portable heater up to our room due to the cold weather. When we asked for the nearest pharmacy to procure portable oxygen, they also offered one on their end.
Room was clean and spacious, and toilet had heated toilet bowl and nice toiletries. Proximity was very near train station as well. Nice lobby with recreational area.

The hotel location is close to the train station so it was very convenient for us. The rooms are spacious and hotel staff are friendly and kind. They gave us free breakfast too which is an added bonus. Xiaojing from the reception has great service.

Nice hotel close to the railway station. Nice clean rooms and good breakfast. Nice employees who are always willing to help you. We also could stay longer in our room because our train left late.
