Campanile Hotel Xining Railway Station

It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle. The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat! What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient. To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend my sincere thanks to Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be choosing the Campanile again on my next visit to Xining! I forgot! It is walking distance from the bus and train station

New hotel near the high speed train. Convenient location

Chose Campanile based on review and nearest to Xining Railway Station. The reception ladies were warm and friendly. Language is a barrier so have your Google Translate handy. First day we found a Halal mee tarik restaurant a short walk from the hotel. Next to the mee tarik restaurant is a supermarket, street food vendor (like your yong tau foo seller) and fruit seller. We even returned again the following day to stock-up for our train ride to Lhasa, Tibet. Shout out to Xiao Gao for her over and beyond hospitality❤️ I needed ice to help the swelling on my knee after climbing Sigiriya and Pidurangala last week. She made an effort to help me. We missed breakfast too and she was kind to make us egg noodles. As we were checking out we needed help again to show us the way to the 800m distance of Xining Railway Station. Waahh.. the friendly guy who works at the hotel helped pull my suitcase (blessed him!) and another lady reception walked us all the way and up the escalator to the gateway of the railway station. Talk about generous hospitality the staff of Campanile Hotel deserve a 10 star rating! Keep up the great service and we will definately return again. From the bottom of our hearts many thanks again!
