Perfect spot to rest and store luggage for 12 hours wgiksr waiting for the train to Tibet.
Reception very helpful. Upgraded our rooms.
8-10 walk to station.

Hotel service was excellent - allowed for late check out after hearing that our train timing was late, and brought a portable heater up to our room due to the cold weather. When we asked for the nearest pharmacy to procure portable oxygen, they also offered one on their end.
Room was clean and spacious, and toilet had heated toilet bowl and nice toiletries. Proximity was very near train station as well. Nice lobby with recreational area.

Very good stay for a layover in Xining due to proximity. Only a short walk from the train station. The room was spacious and the check-out time at 15:00 is convenient. Thank you miss Gao!

Came to Xining to get my body acclamated to high altitude before heading to Lhasa. The hotel’s location, right next to Xining Station, though it looks a bit far from the city center, was perfect in that I didn’t have to worry about catching my train and I could go virtually anywhere in the city center by taking buses that usually depart from the train station. They kept the room so clean every day during my stay and I absolutely have nothing to complain about.

The Campanile hotel is an excellent place to stay while visiting Xining, the hotel is located within walking distance from the railway station. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, the buffet breakfast offers excellent choices to start you day, the staff is very friendly and hospitable, I would recommend staying here whenever you are in Xining.

The service provided was exceptional. When I encountered an issue with the heater, they promptly brought a mini heater to ensure my room remained warm. Additionally, upon check-out, they thoughtfully prepared a farewell gift. However, as a non-smoking hotel, there is room for improvement in the ventilation system to enhance the overall guest experience.
