The room was not clean enough. There was hair from the previous person. The front desk staff on duty on the night of the 23rd was rude.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I made the reservation, I thought "Jinjiang Inn" was also a brand, so it wouldn't be the case. I took my parents with me when I checked in. (They were very tired from the journey) Check in took about half an hour, not to mention the slowness. I don't understand why the check in process was so slow! And a 200 deposit is required for such a dilapidated room! The room facilities are very poor, worn out and old. Does the shower still have a curtain? ? ? ? By 2023, Jinjiang Inn will be the second largest hotel chain in Asia and the first in China. Just this facility! ! The wooden tables are all broken! ! It’s acceptable even if it’s broken! The key is that it is very dirty. Not only the smell of smoke is strong when you open the door, but also the bathroom is dirty, the water quality is seriously dirty, and the quilt and pillows are also very dirty (I seriously doubt whether the cleaning staff have cleaned them before). The cotton core of the quilt is balled up. Needless to say, it’s very uncomfortable to cover your body! I can understand that the temperature in Xining is low at night and there is no need for air conditioning, but the room was stuffy. I woke up several times in the middle of the night. I couldn't stand it and so I opened the window to sleep. However, the hotel is close to the street and the passing vehicles made a lot of noise. I kept falling asleep the whole night. Waking up and tossing over and over again. My parents were so hot that they took the bedding and slept on the floor... A room with this kind of experience is worth 300+. I really think it damages the "Jinjiang Inn" brand! I'm also very skeptical about the hotel's ratings... 4.2 and this is it! !

Not bad, stay here on business trip, good parking, convenient transportation

The room didn't feel very good. Who would have thought that not long after I fell asleep, my body started to break out. When I went to the front desk and asked to change the sheets, the front desk said that I was bitten by a mosquito. This and that were mosquito bites, and they said no. The staff changed the sheets, but in the end they could only ask for a sheet and come by themselves. I originally booked for two nights, so I told the front desk that I would not be staying the other night. Fortunately, I was given free cancellation for the second night. My friend booked a 5-hour rest for the next day. Her room was completely different from mine. It was the same hotel and the cleaning of the room was so great. It was the first time I met her.

The laundry room charges a fee. The boss is not very capable. It is difficult to get customers to come back.
