Nice , upmarket hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Shower wasn't properly sealed and let water out in the bathroom which was a bit annoying. The hotel has a good gym and swimming pool. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for one out of our two day stay because they had to clean it and they didn't let us know in advance which was annoying too. Good breakfast

Throughout our stay, the staff maintained a smiling and friendly attitude, always attentive to every guest's needs, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. Secondly, the hotel's facilities are very complete. The bed in the room was comfortable and soft, giving me a good night's sleep. The shower in the bathroom has strong water flow, making bathing more comfortable. The hotel also provides high-speed and stable wireless network, allowing me to stay in touch with friends and family anytime and anywhere. The hotel's food and beverages are of excellent quality. Breakfast provides a variety of choices, whether it is Chinese or Western dishes, to meet the taste needs of different guests. All in all, it is a hotel worth recommending.

This is a proper 4 star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The toiletries are pretty good, the towels are soft and neat. It even includes a bath tub and has a clothes iron. There is a comfortable sofa to lounge on. There is no AC, but Xining is usually cold a d you wouldn't need an AC. The location is great too. Its overlooking the river. The only issues are 1. The breakfast spread is very very limited 2. It's a very old hotel and smells like one If you are okay with the limited breakfast spread and the smell, then this is a great hotel for the price.

We booked last minute and we were pleased with the room arrangement, which perfectly accommodated our family of 5. ⭐️The room was clean and equipped. ⭐️Perfect location, easy transportation. ⭐️Staff is extremely kind and helpful. 😉Breakfast room gets crowded, however we were promptly informed at check in and given options to get food from the buffet and eat it elsewhere. Note: we only had breakfast at the hotel once and we were able to find seats and food. We usually left the hotel before breakfast for our excursions. 😕Elevators get crowded at rush hours, which might mean long waiting time. 😕Individuals smoking in common area. ❗️Those two points are not really due to hotel management, since the building hosts several other businesses. For this same reason, hygiene standards in the common areas are not up to rooms’ standards. It was not a big deal for us at all. It is a good choice for active travelers! The hotel is not the real international Mercure. Be carefull if you looking for the Murcure. It is not in the downtown. There are not many shops and restaurant nearby. The room is new , clean and well designed. The staff are friendly. We got the room with the beautiful mountain view.

The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the quality of toiletries was also good. The most amazing thing about this stay was that it was not only equipped with a full range of disposable supplies, but also the quality was far beyond expectations, and I felt very relieved to use it~ And the location of the hotel is also quite amazing. The Daxin Street Night Market is 50 meters away from the hotel. It is said to be the largest and longest night market in Xining, and you can basically eat there without any bad food... And Mojia Street is opposite, which is really convenient...
