服務很好，設施有些老舊，房門較難開關，LOFT床鋪旁邊牆壁內封入的下水管道噪音較大。
餐廳飯菜不錯，但是早餐還未開啟加熱模式，去的晚了飯菜較涼。

帶着孩子去山上玩，住的山生有幸酒店，設備設施特別完善，床品乾淨，乳膠床墊睡的很舒服，衞生間洗漱水打開秒熱，還蠻驚奇
視頻是山上室外環境，山的的風和夜晚的城市燈光，真的很是放鬆，給箇中肯的評價。

房間內基礎設施都有，房間內配送的還有免費的飲料小零食，每次經過前台都會聽到工作人員禮貌的打招呼，有什麼問題都能得到迴應。酒店前後都有草坪，前面草坪廣場可以看到山下的風景是個拍照打卡的好地方。

入住的房間很乾凈，舒適 也很有特色，看景視野很開闊，，贈送的咖啡也很好喝，今天比較幸運早晨起來還能看見雲海，山上可涼快了，服務也很熱情，離景區比較近，很方便，一次很不錯的旅行

星期五去住的，星期六早上飯説全店住店的沒超過32個人不給吃自助餐，然後就一個人發了一份飯。關鍵這飯裏除了有個雞蛋包子剩下都是水果點心什麼的，鹹菜都沒有。那我下回再定房間是不是還得問問你們今天晚上住的人數超過32個人沒有？關鍵是又沒給我看你們入住記錄，誰知道住到33個人或者34個人你們給不給吃自助。客户交了錢是來享受服務的，不是來體驗你們降本增效成果的！

非常好的入住體驗，天氣湊巧，看到了雲海，好像漫步雲端，周內沒有周末人多，工作人員熱情的升級了房型，房間很乾凈，服務很不錯是納涼休閑的好去處，值得一去！

來的時候還剛好碰到了篝火晚會，氛圍非常好！！！晚上山上風涼涼的，得穿外套。觀景視野太棒了，藍天白雲草坪，。特別推薦餐廳的熬炒雞和麻椒葉，山上獨有的特色美味。

房間面朝山景，有個院子，晚上坐在院子裏吹吹晚風，喝個小酒，甚是愜意，酒店前邊可以俯瞰新密市區，後邊也有一個大大的草坪，工作人員也很熱情，下次來伏羲山還會再來。
