Definitely a 5 star experience From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, we were greeted by smiling staff ready to take our luggage and opening our car doors. Our room was already set to a comfortable temperature and smelling of beautiful scent from the essential oils burning as we entered. There were also a variety of fresh fruit and cookies on the table with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel. Without going into more details, this basically set the tone of our entire stay, which is outstanding !! No need to mention that the food at the restaurants were great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

I went to Xinxing to worship the Six-Zu Zen Master, and I wanted to soak in the hot springs ♨️ so I chose the newer Xinxing Tongshun Hot Spring Hotel! A pleasant choice, the front desk lady is warm and welcoming, the room is clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet, the breakfast is not bad, the room includes two pools of hot spring water and feels very user-friendly! The key point is very close to Guo'en Temple, it is very convenient to walk there! It would be more perfect if the room was equipped with a drying rack! This is a pleasant stay experience, I will choose here next time 😉

The service is thoughtful. We arrived at the restaurant a little late on the day of check-in and they waited for us to eat. If you want to drink iced drinks when it's hot, all your needs are met 😆 The included breakfast is also very healthy! The portion is large~ The lychees are sweet, the spring water is great, the scenery is beautiful, the salted egg yolk pumpkin, five-fingered hair peach chicken, tea-flavored salt-baked chicken, and soup melon seedlings are all delicious😋 I will come again if I have a chance~~~ Short trip very nice

During the tea art performance, we also tasted black tea and green tea, and the tea brewers also explained it carefully. Go to Yunquan Valley to soak in hot springs in the evening. There are many kinds of hot springs, the environment is very clean, and the temperature is very hot. Each one is a small spring, and you can chat while soaking. What I like most is that the hotel is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the air is very fresh, which is very suitable for relaxing during a short vacation. The only drawback is that there are too few restaurants for dinner, and there are too many people at the breakfast buffet, which is acceptable if you don't have any requirements for food.

This hotel is very beautiful, very exquisite, I like it very much, no matter the lobby, elevator, corridor, the color of the room is very high-end, I really want to continue to stay next time, but there is a problem... It is terrible, starting at 10 o'clock in the morning, the curtain cloth in the room is automatically opened every half an hour, and the air conditioner is also stopped, which seriously affects sleep. Pressed the curtains to close the TV and automatically opened, scared **, continued to sleep for about half an hour, repeated again, about four times, we dare not sleep,  But the check out time is two o'clock, is this the hotel's intelligent setting or is there just a problem with this room? ?  And there are two water in the room, one of which has been opened 🥹

Our package is a morning and evening buffet. Although there are no expensive ingredients, there are more styles. The small hot pot is full. It is especially recommended for old hot soup, fried steak, and chicken. It is really good! The key point is that iced rhododendron cold melon is more worth eating than iced seafood! The hot spring water feels really real, but the pool is a little less. It is difficult to find a comfortable place to soak in the afternoon when there are many people. It is good to have fewer people at night and the next day! In addition, the points were redeemed for late check-out. After breakfast, I went to the pine forest and walked a large circle, looked at different trees, breathed fresh air, and went to eat a hot spring egg at 11 o'clock and soaked it was the most comfortable time! Finally, I would like to praise the housekeeper Xiaoqian. The things and questions needed are quickly responded to when contacted on WeChat. The gift shop is moderately priced, and the emerging rice noodles and portable chopstick rice are very amazing! You can buy a letter +3.8 Yuan for Xiangwo Green Tea Lemon Tea is serious and good, friends give praise! Overall, it is worth 90 points!

Nice hotel but unfortunately the service did not meet expectations. No water, tea and coffee were replenished - in two rooms the same.

It was renovated from an old hotel, so it doesn't look very good from the outside. It's located in a relatively remote place and there are no facilities around it. There is a parking lot behind the hotel, which is not managed by anyone. Although it is a dedicated parking lot for the hotel, other cars should be able to park as well. The front desk staff had a nice smile, and they also gave me a check-in souvenir, which is an emerging specialty. This was the first surprise. The elevator is also relatively old, and still has the name of the old hotel written on it. The room was the second surprise. I booked a family room with one living room and one room. There were tents and rocking horses in the lobby that children liked. The room was very clean and neatly tidied. Finally, there is a small regret. It should be that the hotel facilities are too old. The toilet was blocked the next day. But the whole process was enjoyable!
