Sheraton Yunfu Xinxing Hotel
9.6 (1,915 reviews)

Sheraton Yunfu Xinxing Hotel ★★★★★

📍 No. 66 Yanjiang North Road, Xincheng Town, Xinxing

"This is one of the top three hotels in the area, and it's really good! They knew I had Marriott Lifetime status, so I got an upgrade, late check-out, and a fruit plate! Everything was taken care of. I especially want to praise the macarons! They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and not too sweet. Perfect! The bedding and service are both up to standard! Every time I come here, I stay at this hotel."

Wingate by Wyndham Yunfu Xinxing ★★★★★

📍 No. 16 Zhengjian Road, Liuzu Town, Xinxing

"The price wasn't really a selling point, but I chose this hotel for a last-minute trip. I was lucky enough to encounter a front desk agent (later I heard her name was A-Qing) who had an excellent service attitude. She made sure our child's toiletries and other needs were well taken care of, which created a fantastic emotional experience. When the kids are happy, we're happy, so a big thumbs up! The hotel's facilities, however, definitely lack smart technology, which is where the price difference might be. Also, I'd suggest the hotel gets some goldfish; it's such a nice place, and I hope our child can feed fish next time we visit."

Xinzou Century Hotel (Fenghuang Plaza)
9.4 (866 reviews)

Xinzou Century Hotel (Fenghuang Plaza) ★★★

📍 No. 272 Dongdi South Road, Xincheng Town, Xinxing

"The room is large, but the balcony is small, which is basically negligible. Overall, the cleanliness is acceptable. I suggest brightening the lighting and changing to wooden floors to make it feel cleaner. The gray carpet is not good in both color and texture. There is a good charcoal stove chicken hotpot nearby."

"This is our second time here, and it's perfect for families with kids. Adults can enjoy the hot springs while the little ones splash around in the swimming channels. There are also some non-motorized play facilities. For nature lovers, you can hike the mountain trails and greenways; the air is incredibly fresh!"

Lavande Hotel (Yunfu Xinxing)
9.5 (1,110 reviews)

Lavande Hotel (Yunfu Xinxing) ★★★

📍 No. 95 Guangxing Avenue West, Xinxing

"1. The room had an unpleasant odor and a musty smell. We contacted the front desk, and Auntie Ya came to check and spray air freshener. Auntie Ya's attitude was rather poor; she used water as air freshener, which we later discovered. She said it would start to smell fresh after spraying, but we didn't notice the smell at all. We immediately asked Auntie Ya to use a different air freshener. Auntie Ya's attitude was really problematic. 2. The breakfast was poor; there was nothing to eat, and no chef was making noodles on the spot. And there was no coffee. 3. The location is excellent, the front desk staff were very polite and friendly, and the service was very good."

Sheraton Yunfu Xinxing Hotel ★★★★★
"Location: 5 stars. Situated by the river, the location is very convenient. There are various fast-food restaurants downstairs and across the street, making dining easy. They have both underground and open-air parking. Even during the May Day holiday, there was ample parking, so no need to circle around looking for a spot. It's also a short drive to Guo'en Temple. Environment: 5 stars. By the river. We heard that over 90% of the hotel rooms have a river view, and ours did too – the view from the window was lovely. The room had excellent soundproofing; we couldn't hear any traffic from the road. Cleanliness: 5 stars. The room was clean and tidy. My daughter even used the hotel's stationery to draw a bit. Room Facilities: 3 stars. There was only one bathrobe in the room. The tea station had a small cabinet for tea bags, but it was empty. It wasn't until we checked out that we found the tea bags in the drawer above the mini-fridge. They were placed so discreetly, almost as if they didn't want guests to drink them! The 'soft' switch in the bathroom was broken and didn't work. Service: 4 stars. Overall, the staff attitude was good, but one male front desk receptionist was a bit cold. We arrived with a child and wanted to check in at 2 PM, but he ignored us. Later, a female front desk staff member helped us get checked in. Dining: 4 stars. For the price, the buffet wasn't particularly good value for money. Highlight: The indoor pool is excellent."

Yunfu Xinxing Chanquan Resort Hotel ★★★★★
"The epitome of style over substance. The most common sign in this hotel is "Watch Your Step" – why on earth does a hotel have so many steps?! I twisted my ankle before even getting to my room! The service is equally backward; staff are more concerned about not getting penalized by the hotel than ensuring customer satisfaction. I took my child to the outdoor pool and repeatedly explained I was just supervising and wouldn't be swimming myself. My child was wearing a swim cap, but we were still denied entry because I, the adult, wasn't wearing one! When I tried to reason with them, the lifeguard just said, "Don't make it difficult for him..." Thank goodness I only booked one night!"

Wingate by Wyndham Yunfu Xinxing ★★★★★
"Had a wonderful weekend getaway! I especially loved the indoor hot spring at the hotel, and our room also had a private hot tub, which was clean and tidy. A special thanks to the kind Hunanese gentleman who drove us to the high-speed rail station, ensuring we had a smooth journey home!"

Yuetianxia Hot Spring Hotel ★★★★★
"The waterfront villa rooms are really convenient, and they even come with a mahjong table, making them perfect for family gatherings or trips with kids. The butler service is also very dedicated, always helping to arrange and solve any issues as quickly as possible. The only downside was that the breakfast buffet was too crowded, with hardly any seats, and some of the station attendants were arrogant and perfunctory."

Fanqinggu Senyu Vacation Apartment ★★
"Environment: It is quite original, the green plants are very rich, and it belongs to the location around the middle of the mountain, so the air is also very good. The homestay is about 10 meters away from the main entrance of the scenic spot. Facilities: We think it is complete, and the landlord also provided us with the corresponding breakfast and dinner choices. Then the big bathtub in the room was very cool and I liked it very much. The independent tea making space is quite good. A large bucket of mineral water is prepared to make tea by yourself. Service: It can be said to be very good. The boss is very talkative. The coffee and lemon tea here are really any kind of hand."

Yunfu Xinxing Longshan Hot Spring Hotel ★★★★
"Everything is very good! The environment and service are first-class! The bottom of the children's hot spring pool may need to be cleaned. The child went there twice and scratched his feet twice. The floor tiles at the bottom of the pool may be uneven."
