從23年到25年因為出差多次入住，處理問題的服務態度極差。
1.多次發現整個酒店的水裡有雜質，且酒店拒不承認。還説整個酒店做飯用的也是這個水。（24年6月水裡雜質見圖一圖二，25月2月水裡雜質見圖三圖四）
2.房間長蘑菇。（見圖五圖六）
3.酒店管理拉跨，多次班車調度問題。曾經一星期因等班車遲到打卡3次。

體驗感還是非常不錯的，竟然還有免費接送，房間裏面也很乾凈整齊，服務也非常不錯，還有免費的水果吃，早餐種類也蠻多的，竟然還可以幫忙取快遞，服務太周到了
