Provide good service initially Room was very smelly they even but when I asked to change, they upgraded it to new class and it was so amazing

Good place to stay close to airport. It is 5 minutes away.
The rooms were very comfortable and the reception staff was very helpful and prompt.
They have airport drop service every hour.

everything was fine and the interior is very nice, the only setback is to climb steep and narrow staircase with heavy luggage, free airport pick-up and drop-off, the owner was very friendly, hotel is situated in area with several eating options, not much noise from the aircraft as they use mainly the other runway for landings

Very good. I didn't expect the price to be so good. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped Mommy carry the box. It was really nice.

It was quite late to arrive in Zhengzhou. The hotel had a pick-up shuttle and arrived very quickly. The lady at the front desk was very nice and upgraded our room for free. The room was very clean and it was very convenient to eat nearby. It was the best choice for a short stay.
