Comfortable luxurious but WiFi didn’t work!!
Handy shuttle bus can be found at the top exit… I had a bit of trouble finding it but the kind driver found me.

The airport shuttle service is helpful. Else walking with big luggage is a bit far.
I arrived shortly after midnight. The lobby was dimmed and there was only one staff at the front desk.
During the short stay to check in, i already witnessed a few guests approaching her for help in various in-room issues; not to mention the phone kept ringing. A guest commented no one picked up his call therefore he had to walk the long journey to the lobby. My check-in was hence interrupted a few times. She simply couldn't coped.
All these reflected that both the hotel is dated (the interior decor too could tell) and not appropriately staffed.
Walking from the lobby to the room were far, (again) quite dimmed & warm. The room i was in was spacious and there was a wardrobe; but there was an out of place cloth rack in the middle of the room...... kind of weird!

Stayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience.

The hotel is very close to Zhengzhou airport. They offer a free shuttle service or you can easily walk to the hotel (about 15 minutes). The hotel is well maintained and the service very good. If you need a place to stay close to the airport, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Booked a non-smoking room but toilet of room had overwhelming smoke smell. Boy found 2 long strands of hair on his bed, which was also rather dusty.
Saw holes with ceiling as we walked down corridor to room. Corridor also had smoke smell.
But it is probably nearest hotel to airport, and dinner dishes were nice.
