兩個房間一起評價:民宿乾淨衞生，中式裝修風格，房間很新乾淨整潔，公共區域也很有特色，門口的停車場特別大停車方便。住宿價格物超所值，温泉水特別熱。老闆人特別好，我們定了兩個房間，幫忙把房間換在一起，非常感謝！

這個民宿居超所值。#位置交通在奇村温泉中心最顯眼的地方。室內温泉硫磺色。衞生很好，大家放心居住。每年都要來泡一泡，下次還定瀾庭。

很乾凈的民宿，裝修好，很新，沒有各種不好的味道，床墊被子枕頭都很舒服，房間窗户很大很透亮，臨街但不吵，温泉水很熱，泡着舒服

一家5人，訂了2間房，房間設施新，衞生好，老闆夫婦耐心友善，全家人超級滿意，總之還會光顧這家酒店的。

不錯的民宿，訂的房間有點小，老闆給換了，很好，廚房水、電、氣也不收錢，這一點非常好，大家放心居住，他家停車場還能充電

房子非常好！！！
這個旅館坐落於一個温泉小鎮上，是純天然的温泉水，房間內有浴缸，晚上可以泡澡。房子非常大，是新裝修的，裝修挺精美的。
服務：老闆非常熱情，還幫忙拿了行李。
環境：小鎮不大，且道路正在修路，不太好走，有點偏。
衞生：房間非常乾淨整潔，衞生絕對的放心。
設施：由於是新開業，部分設施並不是很全，有很多小點需要加以改進，比如説浴室內沒有放衣服的地方、吹風機還沒有每個房間都有。
改進意見：注意一些生活小點，完善設施。屋內的酒店用品再多一點，就可以看起來房間不那麼空了。賓館前的平地稍微規整一下，如果可以的話再加兩個充電樁，那樣可以為賓館再增加一些檔次。
總體評價：非常值得一住，絕對是寶藏級別的存在，雖然不及鎮上其它酒店的豪華和舒適，但它的價格更加的平民一點。推薦入住，目前可以給到90分，另外10分給到待改進的地方。
