The private hot spring is fantastic; it fills up quickly with strong water flow, very comfortable! 😌 I'll definitely come back here for my vacations from now on. Thumbs up!"

"The hotel service is very good, the breakfast is also good, the room layout and supplies are good. I asked for a non-smoking room when I checked in. I was first given a room 903, which had a strong smell of cigarettes when I entered the room, which is the most unbearable for me. The front desk transferred me to room 907, which is much better. Hotels should pay attention in the future. It won't take long for the hotel to be ruined by smoke. There is a no smoking sign in the corridor on the 9th floor, and ashtrays and matches are placed in the room. Is this for the convenience of smokers?"

"The most expensive room type booked: 1. The sound insulation is extremely poor and it is extremely noisy at night; 2. The quality of the disposable bags in the bath is extremely poor - the bags are too small to be completely put on and extremely thin; 3. The disinfection standards of the bath are questionable - I checked in on the 18th, and the date "18th" on the disinfection label was obviously changed from "17th"; 4. Booking a room one day in advance is nearly 20% more expensive than that day, and the room type provided is still the second room (because the front desk said that the room next door is the first room)."

"While the hotel's name is a bit odd, it's a great value. The room was cozy, clean, and fully equipped with smart technology. The only complaint was a strange, sewage-like odor upon entering. We booked two rooms, and the other was fine, so I suggest they check room 17 on the 5th floor (I forgot whether it was 517 or 817). The breakfast was very rich, featuring local snacks and a wide variety of side dishes from the noodle stall. The hotel is very close to Xinzhou Old Restaurant, within a 10-minute walk, where you can try the local cuisine, which is excellent and affordable."

"This hotel is absolutely terrible! For the price in Xinzhou, I expected a decent experience, but I regret it so much. If I hadn't booked two nights consecutively, I definitely wouldn't have stayed a second night. On the first night, close to midnight, a man kept knocking on our door, asking if we needed mineral water and slippers. I looked through the peephole and he didn't look like a housekeeping staff member. I called the front desk to confirm, and it turned out he was indeed their staff, but he had the wrong room. I was speechless. We had to wake up early to climb Mount Wutai the next day, so we went to bed early, only to be startled awake. And even if it was the wrong room, why knock so loudly? The second incident happened the next afternoon. I came back from Mount Wutai with a stomach ache and had stomach medicine delivered to the hotel lobby in advance. But when I went to pick up the medicine, they insisted on verifying my order. I already told the front desk lady which room the medicine was for, but no, she insisted on seeing a screenshot of the order. I was already in so much pain, but I had to unlock my phone and scroll through my orders. I wondered, if my phone had run out of battery, would I not have been able to get my medicine? These might seem like minor issues, but the experience was genuinely awful. You're a Hilton, but there's no human touch at all. Even the staff at a street food stall are more welcoming. That's it. For friends coming to Qinzhou and considering staying at the Hilton, be very cautious."

"I've been to Xinzhou Ancient City a few times, and I genuinely feel that Futian Yuhua Hotel is the absolute best hotel here. The rooms are spotless, they deliver fresh fruit daily, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The private hot spring bath experience was fantastic, and there was a constant supply of complimentary drinks every day. From the moment you step through the main entrance, you notice the incredible attention to detail – it's clear the owner has excellent taste. From the moment I called about parking, a butler was already waiting at the entrance. The service was warm and thoughtful. When leaving, they even reminded me to take a complimentary bottle of water and offered tissues, showing how much they genuinely care for their guests. On the day of check-in, I couldn't figure out the stopper for the hot spring pool, but after a quick call, someone came to help within less than a minute. I'll definitely be bringing my family back to stay here again in the future and will highly recommend it to my friends."

"Booking this hotel was a delightful surprise. While the facade isn't grand, the interior layout is exquisite. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the service is attentive and detailed. Breakfast is abundant, and despite being on a main street, it wasn't noisy. It's only about 200 meters from the North Gate of Xinzhou Ancient City, which is very convenient. It was lovely to stroll to the snack street for some food and drinks, then walk from the South Gate back to the North Gate. Plus, there's parking and EV charging stations. Overall, it exceeded my expectations."
