房間收拾的挺乾淨的，感覺新裝修過，地板和牆面都挺新的。我這間房臨街，但窗外還有個隔音窗，但窗外的空調外機建議修一下，比較吵。
服務絕對是好評，很熱情，而且能幫的忙一定會幫一下。
酒店周邊小餐館和小超市挺多的，去古城也可以門口坐公交車直達，挺方便的。

選7天酒店真是選對了！酒店周邊吃飯的地方多，離公交站也近，出行方便。房間安靜，晚上睡得特別好，房間設施齊全，能滿足基本需求。服務人員很熱情，主動幫忙解決問題，好評！

設施齊全，就是有點舊了，地板有破損；有地暖，不需要開空調就很暖和，地理位置較好，距離忻州古城開車衹需要十分鐘，有地下免費停車場，整體還是不錯的

酒店地理位置很好，房間設施齊全，有獨立衞浴，空調，還有電視，大廳乾淨整潔上檔次，交通方便，房間舒適又乾淨。服務人員特別熱情，總是樂於提供各種幫助，尤其是那個小姑娘，非常熱情，值得表揚。

第一次入住七天酒店給我的感覺挺好的，一走進大廳，前台美女看我行李多趕緊出來給我幫忙，熱情禮貌的給我辦理了入住讓我心裏暖暖的，上到樓上，客房大姐也很是熱情禮貌，房間窗明幾凈，衞生也超好，很暖心的一次入住！

非常好的酒店，服務員熱情周到，酒店環境不錯，服務很到位，前台打電話問到酒店的時間提前把空調打開了我們到酒店都很晚了還贈送了熱乎乎的粥，很貼心，很滿意的一次體驗，下次來忻州還是會繼續光顧

這是一家非常好的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。員工們熱情服務，令人倍感温馨。酒店還提供免費使用血壓儀跟醫葯箱，令我倍感放鬆。以後出差依舊會選擇入住七天。
