房間收拾的挺乾淨的，感覺新裝修過，地板和牆面都挺新的。我這間房臨街，但窗外還有個隔音窗，但窗外的空調外機建議修一下，比較吵。
服務絕對是好評，很熱情，而且能幫的忙一定會幫一下。
酒店周邊小餐館和小超市挺多的，去古城也可以門口坐公交車直達，挺方便的。

設施齊全，就是有點舊了，地板有破損；有地暖，不需要開空調就很暖和，地理位置較好，距離忻州古城開車衹需要十分鐘，有地下免費停車場，整體還是不錯的
