環境：古城裡有很多家温泉酒店 四十九是讓我來了又來的一家店 適合情侶 親子 家庭出遊 這次婦女節又定了四人間 體驗很好 節日還送了氣球花花 還送了小禮物 滿滿儀式感
衞生：乾淨整潔
設施：智能簡約 很喜歡小院 在酒店裡待着都很愜意。住店送了迎賓水果和小零食 誠意滿滿。一出門就是小吃街 方便且屋內安靜不吵鬧。離停車場150米 免費停車！
服務：前台的小哥哥小姐姐態度很好 離店還送了幾瓶熱水百歲山。忘帶卸粧了也送來了卸粧巾 東西齊全。你能想到的都有。體驗感很好 而且還寵物友好 還會再來！

週末帶孩子過去玩了一天，房間有歡迎水果還有小零食，院裏環境很棒，還可以帶寵物，温泉池也很大，孩子玩的很開心。出門前台小姐姐會給一包紙方便吃吃喝喝，房間的水還是百歲山，而且不夠了還可以隨便拿的那種，體驗感很棒。

這家民宿一直被種草，去年來忻州古城就想定，但滿房，就定了別家。今年再來就果斷預訂了這家。但總體來説落差較大。
首先，服務方面。出發當天接到民宿的電話，聯繫加微信發酒店停車場位置。全程説了沒有兩句話，口氣比較硬（較之其他民俗和酒店）。到店後看到全是小姑娘，服務意識上面還是差一點。
其次，房間比較緊湊，衞生上面也差點。浴室浴巾也沒有疊好，洗手池裡麪還有水漬。隔音也一般，旁邊房間有小朋友，晚上玩鬧的聲音聽的很清楚。
再次，是房間配備的問題。我們定的是顯示可以住四人的房間。但所有用品都是兩份。聯繫前台補的很快，就是覺得這點考慮的不是很周到。還需要客人要。
優點是位置很好，離美食街很近，泡澡水很舒服。
總體來説性價比不高，同等價位有很多其他選擇。希望能做的更好吧。

這次入住體驗堪稱完美，必須給五星好評！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到店家滿滿的誠意——去停車場熱情迎接，主動幫忙提行李，瞬間洗去旅途疲憊。
酒店服務細緻到讓人感動：客房內提前開好了地暖和空調，私湯池每天消毒清潔，管家還會根據天氣建議泡湯時間；每個員工都帶着發自內心的笑容，真正做到了"賓至如歸"。
庭院設計靜謐雅緻，獨立温泉套房兼顧私密性與景觀視野，身心徹底放鬆。絕對是值得反覆入住的寶藏酒店！

位置：位於古城內，出門就是巷子，很方便
環境：院子整體裝修看着還不錯，但是屋內一般，不開空調冷，開着空調噪音巨大，睡眠感受極差。
衞生：一進屋，浴室內還有殘留的塑料袋
設施：奔着温泉來的，有點失望，水温很好，但是圓形浴缸太淺了，泡着不舒服，套着一次性塑料袋非常滑，小朋友根本待不住
總體，和網上評分我覺得不符合，1000多的價格體驗不好，如果為了温泉不值得，如果不為了温泉更不值得，同等條件會低很多。

房間乾淨衞生，洗漱用品齊全，服務態度很好，主要一個不打擾，但有求必應，初一入住還讓小朋友抽了紅包，很暖心，每次出門用餐都會貼心的贈送紙巾和飲用水。酒店位置距離各種美食特別近，但是室內依然非常安靜。我們入住的是如露，房間很大，有小童小帳篷，投影，小度智能控制，泡湯池也很大，房間全部向陽，室內非常温暖。酒店院園內一步一景，公共區域也非常乾淨，可以飲茶觀影。總體體驗非常好，值得入住

硬件設施好，軟件服務更好，旅途中歇腳的酒店，沒想到那麼好，不想走了。
酒店一房一院，院子名稱很有禪意，裝飾裝修完全中式風格。免費升級了房型，温泉各種零食水果玫瑰花都有。可以隨時去公共區域喝茶，早晨出門酒店還很貼心的給了餐巾紙以備古城有些餐館不提供餐巾紙。
酒店位於古城核心區，出門就是小吃街，拐彎就是財神廟、泰山廟、酒吧街，位置很好。
總之是非常推薦，如果再去忻州古城會再住的一家酒店。
