服務極差！強烈建議酒店服務和應急處理能力要培訓提升下，最差的一家！！其實事情很簡單，就是酒店自身的問題，下午答應了很多波電話預訂客户，結果沒給人家留房間，起碼三四波客户在那等着讓酒店拿説法，酒店的處理方式就是：我們網上預訂好的客户，查到了我的訂單也不給我們房間，晾着顧客基本上一個小時，大堂經理在場就衹讓等等，意思是和那幾波一起處理，然後酒店前台幾個人不讓辦入住，大晚上的等了50分鐘！更奇葩的是，明明我們預訂好了也收到酒店的回執，到場居然告訴我們説沒房了，可能是想讓我們退房來解決那幾波客户，簡直火大！！酒店自身管理問題，深刻體現管理層的能力之差！！
再説些中肯的，設施那些還不錯，停車位也挺多；還有個問題就是，預訂的是帶早餐的房間，結果第二天早上去吃飯的時候告訴我們小孩子（3歲）也要加10元吃早餐，這是在其他酒店沒有遇到過的！

前台服務可以。停車方便。樓上有休閑。早餐非常值得改善品種太少。。必須有的提高。。房間一次性用品還很不錯。空調效果有待提高。值得性價比。。

服務態度極不好，而且極其不靈活，溝通很不通暢。雖然我們顧客不是上帝，但也請保持基本的禮貌和素養，電話動不動就掛，大半夜10:30以後催繳費（其實已續住已繳費，溝通讓再核實偏要在那裡咄咄逼人，不人性）不會再次入住了。再也不見！住了很多次了，實在是忍無可忍，寧願住遠一些也不遠再入住
