維也納酒店以前住過，體驗還不錯，徐州之行訂房之前參考了某那兒網評分，居然衹有3·7分，帶着疑惑，還是在攜程訂了該酒店，入住體驗很滿意，房間寬敞明亮，前台接待熱情，大廳有咖啡及各種茶，交通便利，一號線地鐵直達，酒店對面的富國街美食非常豐富，

酒店除了位置好，其他的都不行。枕套臟兮兮的，跟沒換過一樣，夜裡準備睡覺了才發現，讓前台送個枕套換換也行，送了新枕頭來，但是按門鈴跟吃火葯桶一樣，半夜12點了，一連好幾下地按，比外賣小哥還着急，嚇唬人。插頭也沒電。房間裏還有
上一個住户的建議，能留到被下一個住户看見，説明他們根本不在意我們有什麼想法，態度奇差，不值得來。

酒店位置絕對沒得説，在核心位置蘇寧廣場附近，酒店門口就能看到凱悦。離富國街特別的近，隨便走兩步就到了。
服務很好，早餐種類也挺多的，小孩吃的大人吃的都有，還有辣湯，然後門口有飲水機，非常棒！

服務很好，酒店的人員都很有禮貌。
酒店也很乾凈，打掃也很及時。
酒店設施和位置也不錯。
好的説完就要説些不好的了，如果你對酒店隔音要求很高以及對安靜一些的環境有要求的話，真得不適合你…
住了兩天，大概每天晚上 12 點左右就會有超級明顯的挪動椅子的聲音，還會有明顯的震動，真的不知道是什麼。而且第一天晚上還有小孩子在 12 點之後在走廊大吵大鬧和亂跑，但是並沒有人管理，第二天早上 9 點左右依然大吵大鬧沒人管理。
甚至有客人在做一些上不得枱麪的事情也聽得很清晰…所以…慎重…
順便，看一下圖，這個浴簾的設計，是為了啥呀 哈哈哈哈

前台小姐姐人特別好，去考試然後小姐姐説可以延遲退房，中午回來休息一會，特別貼心，然後有問題及時解決迴應。房間很大，沒有異味，因為是老酒店了，設備確實很有年代感，我這間房很安靜，朝南，很舒服。

房間挺乾淨的，空間也比較大，床品也很乾凈，中央空調很暖和，熱水一開即出，位置很好出行方便。網上要求無煙，不靠電梯不要角落房，給我預留的確實。酒店不錯下次來徐州還會選折維也納。當地朋友也推薦維這家值得推薦。

位置真的很好，對面就是蘇寧廣場富國街，離所有的小吃景點都很近。少有的三人間，很方便，最大的問題洗澡水非常小特別小而且不熱，不知道是不是當時出了問題，這一點很不滿。
