酒店工作很細節，入住到時候會詢問是旅遊還是出錯，然後會推薦客户喜歡的房間，入住前會給看房間的實拍圖！這點細節就讓我感覺到酒店服務很周到，自己選擇到房間還能泡個茶喝！空閑到時候還能到酒店咖啡廳喝咖啡！生活細節滿滿當當當！

酒店位置地段不錯，離商圈和軌道交通都比較近，4樓配置的咖啡廳也很不錯，不過房間的空調製熱效果不太理想，而且廁所的通風好像有異常無法工作，希望老闆還是在檢查一下

酒店位置很好，就在雲龍萬達邊上，地鐵一號線慶豐路口，坐地鐵嗖嗖的就到了，房間很有生活氣息，第一次見到配置這麼全的酒店，冰箱洗衣機 都有，老闆做事情很細心，冬天還給配護手霜和一次性洗面奶，毛巾也是一次性的！順便提一句，咖啡是真好，喝咖啡的人不少，有漂亮的小姐姐！

酒店服務非常熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，房間裏面的設施設備看得出來，老闆是用了很大的心思的，比如冬天要用的護手霜，洗衣凝珠，還有洗面乳，這些都是在其他酒店很少能見到的，非常感謝老闆，酒店隔音效果也很，晚上睡覺非常的安靜，總體來説很滿意。空調的制熱效果也很好，三菱的品牌。西門子的洗衣機也很好。

服務：還是一如當初的親切，前台服務很到位，每一個細節都會講到，會把周邊的早餐店都接受一下，避免踩空了
咖啡:咖啡不錯，哈哈，上次來都沒有，這次來又是一個小驚喜！
環境：酒店靠近河邊，這個季節還是能看到綠色，而且還不吵，狠安靜！
整體酒店給人的感覺是驚喜不斷，是真合適，這個季節來徐州旅遊品嚐美食是真舒坦！

房間給人感覺很乾凈利落，我們入住的時候前台給了我們幾個房間讓我們挑選入住！很不錯的一種入住方式！工作人員會提醒我們注意保暖，告訴空調怎麼樣才能快速取暖！服務很nice，細節很多

酒店服務不錯，主動根據我們的情況進行了升級房間，是免費升級的。房間不大，佈置的還滿協調的！有個小陽台，空間感不會感覺小。重要到事情咖啡是真不錯，喝咖啡的朋友很多，值得推薦。
