攜程的第一個差評，2.5號入住當天大概下午4點左右去到泡温泉的院子，進入院子有工作人員詢問房號，沒聽太清楚以為需要手機號碼，就報的手機號，工作人員就問了二次，態度非常之差，工作怨氣非常之大，大過年不想與她爭辯，以免影響出遊的心情…… 酒店環境衞生都很滿意，前台工作人員幫忙拿行李、辦入住，2.6號温泉院子的工作人員都非常友好、熱情。 這個差評源於2.5號下午温泉院子的工作人員。

房間有瀰漫式供氧還不錯，因此在海拔3818米高反比較輕微。但地暖基本上是擺設，夜間房間只有15度，睡覺必須靠電熱毯。極大的影響了體驗感。被子比較厚實，衞生間簡陋。 酒店在山頂，風景相對比較好，遠處能看見大部分貢嘎山和全部新都橋鎮。白天在陽光下，在陽台喝杯咖啡比較愜意。 酒店離新都橋鎮5公里，然後上500米盤山土路到山頂。路比較陡，但轎車也上去了。
