The room was upgraded for free and the room is spacious. "It was a fantastic stay. Firstly, this hotel in Ya'an was easy to find. We arrived early and there was always parking available. The front desk lady was very attentive and helped with check-in. The service was excellent, including two delicious egg tarts. The room was very clean and tidy, with complete amenities. There was even a self-service washing machine on the first floor, which was convenient for us as travelers. The bedding was very comfortable. The surroundings are excellent, the location is great, and there are plenty of snacks! The whole atmosphere was great. I could hear the Sichuan front desk lady greeting me every time I came in and out. I will book here again on my return trip."

"The toys in the room were nice, making it perfect for families with children. But other than that, there was nothing else worth staying at. The noise downstairs made it hard to sleep. There was no welcome fruit upon check-in, just cookies. The children's toiletries consisted of a toothbrush and toothpaste. The price went up so much during the National Day holiday, and at around 1,200 yuan per night, the quality was completely out of whack. The bed was also quite small, which was very disappointing."

"I was absolutely delighted with my stay at the Vision Hotel! The staff was incedibly nice and made sure I had everything I needed. Eventhough I cannot speak Mandarin, they went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. The room and bed are super comfortable and the tea experience was very enjoyable too. Below the building you have a lot of food spots available as well as a daily market and food market on the parallel street to the west of the city. I enjoyed my stay in Ya’an and would definitely love to come back. It is a very laidback city with very generous people. PS the Panda Base in Bifengxi is a must visit - along with the scenic spot of Bifeng Georg and the suspension bridge. It’s a magical place and you can see a lot of Pandas without too many people around. I went on a tuesday and it was very calm and relaxing."
