I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly considerate and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. A special thank you to 邹明 and 小张 for going above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Tianchi is far down the mountain. Primitive forest. There is an unfinished building in the hotel. I don’t know what it is used for. It is far from the town. It is recommended to rent a car. Everyone has dinner and goes back to the hotel. You can set off fireworks in the town. The price of fireworks is expensive. The special iron pot stew takes a long time to wait.

Check in to the hotel, the package includes all the reservations and tickets, which are relatively timely, the service is very good 👍👍, especially they can arrange a car to pick us up from the high-speed rail station to the hotel for free. The hotel decoration style is what I like, comfortable and warm. The hotel has indoor and outdoor hot springs, the experience is good, 👍👍.

The check-in experience was very good! The hotel called to make an appointment for the high-speed rail station pick-up one day in advance. The driver Wang Yan was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. On the way to the hotel, he took us through the Genting Market and the Merganser Park. He introduced these two attractions to us in advance, so that we didn't even have to make a guide! In the next few days, we said we wanted to go to the Edelweiss Park, and he sent us there for free; we said we wanted to go ice fishing, and he also picked us up for free. He enthusiastically helped us make an appointment for the car to go to Xueling! When we arrived at the hotel, both the concierge who opened the door and the front desk who checked in were polite! The room is very large, the bathroom and toilet are separated, and there is a bathtub that children like! There are also super large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the snowman army outside the window is unobstructed! The hotel has a large back garden with a lot of snow and piles very high, so children can play in the snow without leaving the house. In the morning, there are twos and threes of alpacas jumping in the snow, and you can go to the front desk to get carrots for free to feed them! Erdaobai River passes through the hotel. Through the corridor to the opposite side of the river is the hotel's hot spring area, which has several hot springs of different sizes, and there is also a popular iron pot stew, which is really unique in style! The hotel's breakfast is Cantonese style, with siu mai, xiaolongbao, steamed spare ribs, steamed chicken feet, fried rice noodles, etc. There are not many varieties, but it is very friendly to us Cantonese people! Lunch and dinner can be solved in the hotel's Shaojiu tube, the product is very good, special roast chicken, special braised butterfly fish, Northeast pig-killing dishes, Rensen pigeon soup, fresh lamb skewers and many other choices. We stayed for four nights and had dinner here every night. The dishes we ordered were different every night, and the taste was great! Chef Qin is very nice. He gave us some extra free dishes every night, from Changbai Mountain wild vegetables to peanuts for drinking, and he gave them away at hand! I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and so far Erdaobaihe is the one I am most satisfied with in Zhihe!

The parent-child room is very large and has a large balcony. The guest room building is in the shape of a Chinese character ”回”. The parent-child room we stayed in faces the garden in the building. The hotel is located in the center of the town. There is a free hot spring club on the roof. It is very convenient for going out, shopping and eating. It takes two steps to reach the riverside park. There are Meirensong Park and Wetland Park two or three kilometers away. It is very pleasant to walk along the river and park in Erdaobaihe Town in the morning and evening. The air is fresh and the scenery is beautiful. The price is a bit expensive.

The hotel rooms have been renovated for a while, but they have all the necessary facilities. It is also very affordable for a 5-star hotel in Changbaishan. It is very close to rafting and the North Slope Distribution Center.

The room was quite good and warm. There are outdoor hot springs and indoor ones. But the management is not good. Someone actually smoked in the indoor hot springs and I stopped them. I didn't go to breakfast and didn't get up. The room layout is quite good. The room service I ordered tasted good and the service was also good. The pot-fried pork and roast duck were very good. The stone pot bibimbap was very fragrant. They also gave me ginseng soap, which was very good. Wash your face and body.

Confortable bed and bedding. Need electrical adaptors for devices, but there's a hair dryer provided. Room and hotel are equal to what a US hotel provides. However, rooms don't have A/C, so you need to prop open the big window for air. Bathroom is big enough, toilet and walk-in shower are US-style, and water pressure is strong and warm enough. An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

I highly recommend the driving brother and sister. I read a lot of black car barriers on a certain book, but there is no need to worry here. The two of them provide one-stop service from head to toe, and they worry more than my mother, just afraid that I will not have a good time in Changbai Mountain. The two of them took care of the entire Changbai Mountain itinerary, and it was very fun. I will renew the appointment with Changbai Mountain in the next season next year!
