Couldn't get up to look for bugs, found the window wide open behind the closed curtains, didn't notice the window was open because the curtains were closed when I checked in, and there was no screen! I looked for mosquitoes for an hour and saw two but couldn't kill them! No mosquito coils or insecticides! Wake up the child without him waking up and drive away decisively at around five in the morning! I contacted the store afterwards to refund the room fee, but they refused to refund it on the grounds that I had already stayed there! We have contacted the relevant local authorities and are waiting for processing! Give us a reasonable explanation and compensation! And remind businesses not to ruin the image of the entire city of Yangjiang because of your hotel!
