During my stay at Sedona Hotel, I encountered several issues that made my experience frustrating.
First, the hotel booking policy was rigid, as the booking date could not be changed. This lack of flexibility was inconvenient.
Before checking in, I called the hotel to inquire about an adapter rental service, only to find out that they did not offer one. I spoke with the duty manager, Zin Mg Mg Htike (although his name might be different, as the receptionist refused to disclose his manager’s name the next day when I asked). The duty manager promised to call me back but never did. When I checked in, he claimed that he had called me three times, yet I never received a single missed call.
At check-in, the receptionist was unprofessional in their communication, and the duty manager displayed the same lack of professionalism. Additionally, they assigned me a room where the lights were not working. When I attempted to start a virtual meeting, I had to call housekeeping to fix the issue. On top of that, the floor appeared worn out and poorly maintained and the basin in the bathroom was not functioning properly, as the water was blocked in the sink.
Despite these disappointments, the Food & Beverage department provided good service, which was the only positive aspect of my stay.
Never Never Never Recommend for staying this so called 5 stars hotel.
