"It's 100% a 5 star hotel. The service is exceptional. The 90 mins body scrub at their spa is one of the most value for money I've experienced and I have paid for a lot of premium spa experiences across Southeast Asia. There's a shower with a aesthetic stool for those who can't stand for long complete with a door. There's also a spacious bath that is separate from the shower and the toilet. Seating after seating after seating. A bench at the foot of our twin bed. Perfect for putting on socks while sitting down. There's 2 dining chairs for a table that comfortably fits two and there's still a chaise beside the window and lastly a backless chair for a side table that doubles as your vanity.They included 2 dining plates and even silverware in the drawers under the minibar. 2 teacups along with 2 glasses. The rooftop pool and the gym has a separate shower stalls and restroom stalls with an electric dryer for your swimsuits. Phenomenal. Staff are always stationed there at all times for any aid you may request of them. There's also a steam room which we used. I cannot gush about them enough. I love"

"I like the service and the staffs are really nice except some receptionist doesn’t really smile at all. And when we order food room service, it’s taking so long to get the food. For the breakfast, I would recommend to have a normal water which means no ice. I only saw ice water and on that day, my sore throat is kinda hurt a bit and I was looking for a water but can’t drink it coz it’s too cold."

"The room was cramped (though the size was specified), but clean. However, what I'd really like to see improved is their 'eco-friendly' concept of not providing bottled water. Instead, the hotel provides a pitcher for guests to fill up at a water dispenser. Personally, I'm not confident about the water production standards. How can I be sure the water system meets the required standards? Furthermore, the shape of the pitcher makes it quite difficult to clean. How can I be sure the pitcher is clean? (Personally, I never use the drinking glasses in hotels due to cleaning concerns; I once saw the same sponge used for both the toilet and the glasses)."

"This time, the bathtub was dirty and leaking, but the recovery afterwards was excellent. In particular, Ms. Ella at the reception was wonderful in her response and it was very relaxing. The food was delicious, and they even brought us coffee, tea, etc. which was great. It is a 5-star hotel after all, and I will definitely visit again."

"I had originally planned to stay for two nights, but I needed to cancel my second night. The staff were very understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. The room was simple and functional. There was nothing particularly luxurious, but it had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious considering the size of the room. I also enjoyed the view from the room. Breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was very clean and well organized. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. Even when there was a language barrier, they made a genuine effort to communicate and help in any way they could. Their friendliness and professionalism made a very positive impression. Overall, this is a clean, practical hotel with excellent service, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Yangon."
