*這次酒店給我升級了房間，太感謝了，出乎意料。🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻，這次的住宿安排非常好。酒店在攜程上的設施環境介紹和實際看到的房間結構設施是完全一致的。
設施：設施先進，特別是還配置了一本陽泉本地旅遊景點的宣傳冊《一城陽光，泉漾太行》，是陽泉市文旅局編寫的，衹可惜沒有正式出版，所以也買不到☺️。
衞生：衞生很棒，窗明幾凈，阿姨每天定時會打掃，阿姨很熱情，會盡量滿足住客的要求。
環境：環境安靜整潔，配置的洗手液是【來想】的大地檀香系列，非常好聞，自己都想買來一套了，酒店可以考慮對外出售。
服務：酒店配置的茶包很好喝，以前我是不喝酒店贈送的茶包的，但是這次是陽泉特產【冠山連翹茶】，清涼敗火，口感不錯 本來想走的時候和酒店再要兩小袋，結果忘記了😊，自己找到網店買了兩袋，酒店可以考慮對外出售一些這樣的茶。

酒店超級棒！乾淨衞生，環境一流，泳館的帥哥專業友好，前廳吧枱的小姐姐們服務熱情到位，房間寬敞明亮，樓層服務大姐和藹可親，總體超預期的滿意，關鍵是還能帶我家小狗狗一起入住，特別好的一次旅行！

酒店門口停車場的保安大哥很熱情負責，好評。房間整體還行，不是很大，比較乾淨，雖説是新裝修的，但設施感覺一般。早餐種類不多，用餐環境還可以。在陽泉這種小城市該酒店應該算是性價比不錯的了。

酒店很新，硬件不錯，工作人員服務也不錯，但是洗澡水不熱。
最值得稱道的是門口保安，工作認真負責，一路小跑給你領車位，因為是斜坡，還用磚頭擋了一下輪胎防止溜車。第二天走的時候是另一個保安，一直看着你出發，而且提醒你輪胎下有磚頭。

位置還可以，離北山公園和陽泉1947都不遠，在這個小城市這裏的性價比還可以了。電梯用的是屏幕按鍵，很新穎，但等電梯時上下顯示的不清楚，每個進電梯的都搞不清楚開門的電梯是要上還是要下的，都得問一句，不如老式電梯了。

酒店為老店翻新，根本不是新開業的酒店，頁面存在欺詐訊息，找攜程處理退還了一半房費，酒店設施老舊，沒有淋浴區，站在小舊老的浴缸裏洗澡且浴缸漏水！房間門不特意關閉根本關不上且沒有提示，衞生間把手一用力就掉了…糟糕

酒店前台、11層客房服務、三層中餐廳服務都非常熱情和周到。門口停車安保員也特別熱情周到，安保看到我們的車前擋風玻璃臟了，特別建議我們為了安全要擦乾淨，而且他自己去取了布提供給我們用。房間乾淨衞生安靜。早餐不僅豐富，而且很精緻，菜品合口。中餐廳的餐品也很可口。停車位不多，但安保可以指引，總是能停放妥當的

第二次入住了。這次孩子得了急性腸胃炎，不小心吐在了床上，9層的兩位阿姨很耐心的幫助更換床單被罩。第二天客房部還專門給孩子準備了雞蛋羹。非常感謝！
