"Very new hotel, in the alley. The lobby is well designed, the room is basic but there are some, and it is clean. But the business level needs to be improved. For example, the room card of one room after we checked in was not successfully activated and the door could not be opened. Second, because there was a smell of smoke in the room, I changed a room. As a result, I stayed in and took a shower at night. The smell of smoke in the room was getting stronger and stronger. I don't know if there is a smoke next door or what's going on. I see that the facilities are on a non-smoking floor, but I didn't hear the hotel staff introduce it. Third, the water in the bath at night is not hot...
