是亞朵的老客户了，這次住的延吉西市場百貨大樓亞朵店，服務一如既往地好，進門一杯熱茶，彷彿回家的感覺，每一個服務員都是熱情禮貌周到，有問必答有耐心，這個亞朵地點非常好，去西市場，水上市場，百貨大樓，公園，網紅牆，民俗園，都非常容易，房間的設施衞生非常好，晚上9點半的免費粥，很受大家喜愛，因為客人比較多，很快就沒有了，服務員又為10點半去的比較晚的客人新做了一些，很貼心。酒店中庭很漂亮，適合拍照，洗衣房健身房閲讀室，方便實用，值得推薦入住。

Hotel is surrounded by many shopping centres snd eareries. The washing machines are fast and efficient and you can monitor availability of machines from the TV in your room. We love the supper provided. Staff are helpful and friendly.

前台的“舉手之勞”，讓旅途暖意滿滿
這次和閨蜜的城市漫遊，最意外的温暖來自酒店前台的貼心照料。入住當天上午11點多，我們剛辦完手續準備去景區，卻發現閨蜜的防曬傘落在了出租車後備箱，當時司機已經駛離，我們既沒記下車牌號，也聯繫不上人，衹能在大堂着急地翻看手機訂單。正在整理資料的前台嶼暖小姐姐看到後，主動上前詢問情況。得知緣由後，她沒有衹是簡單安慰，而是立刻幫我們聯繫了當地出租車調度中心，根據我們提供的上下車時間、地點反覆核對訊息，還同步幫我們查看酒店門口的監控，試圖找到車輛線索。等待消息的間隙，另外一個前台初八怕我們耽誤行程，又從儲物櫃裏拿出兩把全新的遮陽傘遞給我們，笑着説“先拿着用，別曬傷了，有消息我第一時間打電話通知你們”。
當天下午3點多，我們正在景區遊玩時，就接到了前台的電話，説已經聯繫上司機，對方會在返程時把傘送到酒店。傍晚回到酒店，小姐姐不僅把傘完好地交給我們，還特意遞來兩杯熱的蜂蜜水，讓我們解解渴
從頭到尾，她們都帶着温和的笑容，沒有絲毫不耐煩，用實實在在的行動幫我們解決了難題。這份超出預期的貼心，讓我們在陌生的城市裡倍感温暖，也讓這次旅行多了一份難忘的感動，這樣的服務，值得我們一次次回頭！

第一次住亞朵X，智能客控設施很便利，深夜粥道也很不錯，餐廳旁邊就是自助洗衣房，可以一邊喝粥一邊等衣服洗好，就是晚上洗衣服人很多，需要排隊。酒店位置很好，出門就是百貨大樓，還有自己的一個小停車場，相當方便。整體上來説我都很滿意。

We received a free upgrade. Room is clean, bed and pillow are very comfy. Helpdesk is extremely helpful, they even help me to contact the hotel that i’m going to stay, added their WeChat as well as mine just to ensure I can safely reach the location.

Good location near to malls, eateries, markets. Service at reception was ok but not as warm or helpful as in the smaller Atour hotels. Room was clean. Breakfast was acceptable
