Deming Hotel (Yanji Yanbian University)
8.9 (236 reviews)

Deming Hotel (Yanji Yanbian University) ★★★

📍 No. 183 Renmin Road, Yanji

"These days, the policy is to provide only toothpaste and toothbrush sets as disposable items. Hot water works well and the room is spacious. The staff at the counter are friendly and, above all, transportation is convenient. It is a famous hotel that originated from Yanji, so if you take a taxi and say ‘Demingbinguan’, everyone will know it. The downside is that the breakfast menu is the same almost every day."

While it's a bit of a distance from the famous 'influencer wall,' you can still get there in about a 15-minute walk, which means it's nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. The room has good air conditioning, and breakfast is simple. Big thanks to Gromn ash, Leona, and Oven for their warm hospitality and quick check-in!"

"The room was very clean, and the bath towels and hand towels were all disposable. They even thoughtfully provided a hair straightener. The owner also sent me recommendations for good places to eat and have fun nearby, and offered an extra hour for check-out. I rarely stay in guesthouses, but this one was truly excellent."

Hanyuan Smart Hotel ★★★
"The hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast had a great variety, and there was even an evening show. The location was perfect, close to everything, and right next to the West Market, which was very convenient. On our last day, our flight was very late, and the staff went above and beyond to arrange a late check-out for my parents so they could rest. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance."

"Traveling with my child during the summer holiday, this hotel's location is excellent. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic and provide fantastic service 👍. There are many great restaurants nearby, and the hotel is directly across from the Floating Market, making it super convenient for sightseeing! The 'Benda Ren Seafood BBQ' near the hotel is delicious, with fresh scallops and Matsusaka crab that are definitely worth trying. Also, the 'Wu's Wrapped Rice' next to the hotel is very unique. Next time I'm in Yanji, I'll definitely stay here again!"

Holiday Inn Golden Hyatt (Yanji Yanbian University Department Store) ★★★
"We're a family of 5, travelling with 3 kids aged between 5-15. We were attended by friendly front desk and rooms were nice and comfortable. It is a pity that we only had a day in Yanji, and we went straight to the Korean Folks Village for photoshoot 😂 Good to note that this hotel offers free hanbok for photo taking within its premise, we took advantage of that and continued to take more photos with the makeup and hairdo from the earlier photoshoot 🤭 We did not managed to have breakfast in the hotel due to early flight out. Will definitely come back again when visiting Yanji as its location is great and we have yet to explore around."

"Hotel is located within walking distance of 5mins to the dinosaur museum, golden bean theater, dinosaur water park & theme park. By car of 10mins to the korean folk village, 15mins to 西市场。Hotel staff is friendly, breakfast spread is acceptable but the coffee is not to my liking. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay for families with young children. Recommended."

Yanji Shengyuan Hotel
"The guesthouse has all the basic amenities and is conveniently located near the old Yanji train station, making it easy for solo travelers heading to Changbai Mountain. Situated in a residential area, it's within a five-minute walk of breakfast shops, supermarkets, and the Changbai Mountain tour pick-up point. A commendable feature is the cleanliness of the beds; even those with sensitive skin found the sheets and blankets spotless. Don't have high expectations; the price reflects the quality of the environment. However, the owners are friendly and helpful, offering travel advice for Yanji and showing concern for your needs. The air conditioning has both cooling and heating functions, and the bathroom has a modern feel."
