給差評的原因：1.服務很差！晚上九點半多到的，酒店前台懶洋洋，服務那叫一個不專業，工服都不統一，起身站立服務都做不到，下樓來諮詢問題，我站着她坐着，大堂經理一個很年輕的小夥子，歡迎招呼沒有，看到我們大件行李箱也沒有説幫忙協助一下，就是個旁觀者的狀態！2.衞生很差！地毯肉眼可見的很臟，上面的頭髮，有的甚至一坨一坨，和各種其它毛髮，打掃時應該沒有很認真的用吸塵器吸！洗臉池牆面上不知什麼時候住沒素質的客人挖的一堆鼻屎，那麼明顯，卻還能留在上面噁心下面的住客，可見打掃衞生有多麼敷衍，門口建築垃圾掉的到處都是，沒人打掃，灰塵大，極度影響空氣質量！3.早餐九點結束了，住到今天的酒店，沒有哪家七八百一晚的酒店早餐九點結束的，服了你們，牛啊！沒吃到的請自費點餐啊！4.房間隔音不行！本人睡眠淺，到達後先給安排了個臨街的，與前台溝通，前台配合給換了個靠內側房間，結果，睡覺時一直有發動機共振的那種轟轟聲，不知是空調太老了還是酒店外面牆上有什麼設備在整夜工作，所以睡眠淺的請果斷避開這家店！這種品質的酒店最多兩三百的檔次，坑啊！房間的設施和裝修跟全季這種比都差十萬八千里，裝修很糙沒法看，洗澡水壓也不行，真想知道哪來的勇氣賣七八百一晚的，早知我還不如住全季去了！花這冤枉錢幹啥呢！實在是價格和品質不對等！所以必須要吐槽！

服務非常好，大堂經理常成非常熱心，知道我們是早班的航班無法遲到早餐還特意給我們每個人帶了一個豆沙包跟牛奶，非常的貼心。因為我們是一家老小出行，所以幫我們把幾個大行李拿到路上跟我們一起等車來。這已經是我們第二次住長白山，地理位置好，酒店服務態度好，下次來還會入住。
