On April 10, 2025, we stayed as a group at the Radisson Blu Mersin Hotel to attend a competition held in Mersin. However, due to the fire alarm being triggered by a smoke detector, we were evacuated from the building. The group, which was mostly made up of children, was left outside in the middle of the night. Later, a concert began at the hotel, and the noise made it impossible to sleep. We shared our discomfort with the hotel manager, Aydın Duran, but not only did he show no concern, he also responded dismissively, telling our group—consisting entirely of women and children—to “complain wherever you want.” We were extremely disappointed with our experience at Radisson Blu Mersin, a hotel we had chosen because of our trust in the brand.

10-11 Nisan 2025’te, Ritmik Cimnastik Federasyon Kupası için kızlarımızla Radisson Hotel Mersin’de konakladık. Yeni açılmış bir zincir otel olduğu için tercih ettik, ancak yaşadıklarımız tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Otel yeni açılmış olması sebebi ile odada bulunan eşyalarda yenildiğini koruyordu. Otel ve odalar tertemizdi. Çok keyif aldık. Mersin'de konaklama yapmak istediğimizde ilk tercih edeceğimiz otel burası olacaktır. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
