Its a low budget place. Keep your expectations low :) we had to walk a lot to get there and room was right next to common balcony so people would disturb our sleep by simply going out to smoke at night.

The room is clean, but there are no interesting attractions in Armenia... The hotel is very remote and there is nothing around except convenience stores. The convenience stores are also ripped off. Taxis in Armenia charge an exorbitant amount of money. Traveling to Georgia and Azerbaijan is a little better in this country. This hotel is right next to the highway with no pedestrian crossing and it is not very convenient to take an Uber as the driver has to take a detour to get back to the city which makes the fare more expensive, however the overall hotel is ok
