It’s outside the city center so it’s far from attractions. A 20-30min Metro ride to the center. No nearby restaurants. You have to go to the Yerevan Mall or the Yerevan Market to get food. It’s a bit of a walk, 15mins. But there is one small convenience store in fron of the hotel. Room is spacious. It’s like a studio apartment. Very big for one person. Breakfast is buffet style, but not too great. Hotel staffs are accommodating. He helped me get a Taxi going to the airport.

It is close to the station and there are shopping facilities within a short walk. The air conditioner was a little old, but the room was clean and well equipped. The service of the front desk and other staff was excellent, and I would recommend this hotel.

Персонал очень внимателен, но в то же время не назойлив. На все запросы был получен ответ. Чистота идеальная в номере . Все соответствует фотографиям отеля. На завтрак еда не отличается большим разнообразием , но все вкусно, по домашнему. Вот расположение отеля- не в туристическом месте. Но до центра можно доехать на такси , хорошо что работают Яндекс такси.

Hi I stay in 3 night in Artsakh Hotel There are advantage and disadvantage for hotel Advantage: 1- Clean room 2- Breakfast is medium 3- facility in hotel is very good 4- room is big 5-staff in kind and helpful Disadvantage: 1- Far is downtown 2- First days just charge one water bottle and another days not charge /If you wanna water you most pay 300 Drams (perhaps my leader is confirm is. I don`t know) 3- If you wanna see city and go to central city you most take Taxi (Minimum 1500 Dram for GO and minimum 3000 for back) I recommended this hotel for cheap travel Please attention most hotel in Yerevan is very poor in service but this hotel is top for service

The hotel itself is quite decent. Without excess. In fact, it's a good 3 stars. 10 minutes walk to the train station. Far from the center. Large room, clean. I had a view of some roofs, the curtains were not very thick. Liked the varied breakfast. He is very homely. So overall I enjoyed my stay.
