"The hotel is within walking distance of the main street, with a park and fountain nearby. Republic Square is just a 10-minute walk away. The room was quiet, and we couldn't hear any neighbors. However, the cleaning quality was disappointing; there were black hairs and dust on the floor, and no dental kit in the bathroom, which cost them a star. The service, otherwise, was excellent, and the staff were wonderful."

As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have a corner or hooks near the main door to hang coats or jackets. Overall, everything was fine and very good. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Definitely recommend! We stayed for 2 nights. Great location! We walked all around the city center. The Cascade is just 10 minutes away. Nearby, there's a delicious restaurant with local cuisine called "Tavern Yerevan." I also recommend Lavash restaurant (in the city center). Upon arrival, a friendly doorman greets you, opens the doors, helps with your luggage, and escorts you to the reception. The accommodating front desk staff checks you in. We were very pleased to be upgraded to a higher category room. We stayed in room 802. It was a very spacious room, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. And what a view from the windows! Mount Ararat was right there, as clear as day! I especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs with meat and tomatoes. You can also ask for an omelet or fried eggs. The coffee was delicious."
