Very nice place. Well organized. Friendly staff. Clean. Gohar the manager she can take care about everything from arrival of airport to hotel. Good experience in this hotel. You will not regret. They make my vacation adorable. Thank to Gohar and all the staff.

Very strange & not proffesional hotel. I had reservation for october 6-7 total 5 rooms, they contacted me they said we have a better order for those days and we must earn 700000 amd=1750$, it’s disturbing us your order which is only 1 day, so find another hotel, we have no other choice, we must cancel your order!!!

This unremarkable hotel made our stay in Yerevan comfortable and pleasant! Returning in the evenings exhausted from excursions and an abundance of impressions, we simply sank into soft mattresses and comfortable pillows, falling asleep instantly. The rooms were so clean that we had the impression that our bed linen was changed daily! Not to mention the towels) And, of course, it is nice when you can drink tea at any time of the day and when the administrator treats you like a family member, anticipating all your desires! The hotel is located on the ground floor of a 12-story building in a residential neighborhood. The reception is average. The rooms are fine, but they don't clean either the room or the bathroom; they just change the towels and straighten the duvet covers. With an average temperature of 38°C, they don't provide water bottles. The breakfast is very sparse, with very little variety (one type of juice), little fruit (they don't restock), and the pastries are quite hard and sparse. The coffee was instant (Nescafé) and there was a small jug of milk that, when it runs out, no one refills. I do not recommend this hotel!

We were guests of the Mandarin Hotel in Yerevan from 20 to 26.05.2023. The hotel left the best impressions. Excellent friendly staff, clean, plumbing in excellent condition. The room is equipped with everything you need. Cleaning was done daily. The linen is normal, but I would like to wish for better pillows. Good hearty breakfast. Excellent location in the very center of the city on a street where there are many wonderful restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend it.

Снимали отель на 4 ночи. Очень довольны расположением, в шаговой доступности центр. Рядом супермаркет , можно все купить,есть где погреть,в отеле есть кухня. Очень тихое место, дороги не слышно.Передвигались на такси,дешево. В номере убирались каждый день. Единственный минус -слышимость соседних номеров ....

Домашняя обстановка, вкусные завтраки, ежедневная уборка, отзывчивый русскоговорящий персонал, исправная сантехника, шаговая доступность до всех достопримечательностей Еревана. Неделю возвращались сюда как к себе домой. Огромное спасибо за прекрасный отдых в Армении!
