酒店在葉裏温大學附近 步行去社會主義大階梯大約20分鐘 沿路是總統府（可能）和大使館區 建築都很漂亮。
酒店服務都很熱情 我們到達時 房間還沒好 前台請我們坐在沙發上 併為我們提供了免費的飲品 無論什麼咖啡 或果汁 都現做給你 我一度以為是要付費的。
酒店是那種精品酒店 不是大型連鎖酒店 但是老闆（經理）非常用心 早餐雖然不能像連鎖酒店那樣規模龐大 但是我們吃了4天早餐 每天都是有不重樣的新菜式 前台和服務人員每次見面都打招呼 很友好。
看到服務員打掃衞生也是一絲不苟 進房間時 特地摸了一下衣櫥裏的每個格子 都沒有灰塵。一般很多酒店衹是表面工程。

因為看寫的是市中心，所以覺得位置比較好，結果去了之後發在比較偏僻的位置，就一個很小的門面，然後不像一個四星級的酒店

設施：衹有一個小的電梯

環境：因為定的是豪華的套房，但是我進去之後就像很差的那種商務賓館價格也不便宜，裏面的設施特別的老舊裝修特別的差，然後衞生間有一種很臟的感覺，所以當時就不想住了，然後差不多花了接近¥900 。

服務：跟前台已經説明瞭問題，他表示可以給我們退房，結果後面我們走了之後他們就不承認這個事情了，錢也不退，立刻定了希爾頓，價格還差不多，那在此期間特別感謝謝程的幫助，這也是為什麼一直用攜程訂的原因所在
這個酒店千萬不要去住特別坑，跟四星級酒店一點關係都沒有

В номере страшный запах канализации!
Очень бедная еда на завтрак ( ну и вообще если вам повезет хоть какую то еду лицезреть)
Номер очень уставший.
Для 2* или 3* может и подошел бы отель, но точно не 4*.
Вряд ли буду советовать данный отель другим

Не знаю откуда такие хорошие отзывы🫣, наше впечатление оказалось противоположным.
Началось с того, что мы забронировали люкс номер с пометкой большое окно, красивый вид, подальше от лифта. Изначально нам дали номер с окном, как в подвале, конечно вопросов было много, но нас переселили, на другой этаж рядом с лифтом.
В номере безумный запах канализации!!!
завтраки не о чем, яйцо помидор огурец колбаса (если вам хватит), обновляют раз в час наверное (ну кто не успел, тот опоздал) 🫣
сауна и бассейн (с тёплой водой, что очень приятно) работают до 22:00, заранее нужно просить чтобы включили сауну (в один день мы просили 3 раза, про нас забывали, включили под конец, через пол часа звонят и говорят, ну все давайте заканчивайте)
2 ночи мы даже не прожили в отеле, обратную связь не спросили .
отель точно не 4*, такую сумму за номер отдавать не стоит.

Отель в целом нам понравился. Чистый, персонал дружелюбный. Бассейн подогреваемый.
Из минусов:
В номере постоянно мигал свет, очень некомфортно для глаз.
В детской кроватке вместо матраса было сложенное оделяло, из-за чего ребенок проваливался вниз и просыпался.
