We booked for 2 days, we liked everything so much that we decided to extend for another 2 days. The administrator Suzanna is a very warm girl, it was nice to talk to her. The location is excellent, two minutes away from the 24-hour shopping center Yerevan. The only inconvenience was that there was a construction site outside the window. But this is temporary, it did not bother us, since we were not in the room most of the time

They will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The hotel is located away from the main street, so you can sleep in silence. The location is very convenient, shops, banks, cafes, public transport stops and some attractions are within walking distance. The room is clean and has everything for a comfortable stay. I will definitely come back here again.

Очень чистый и большой номер. Все необходимое предоставили: тапочки, полотенца, гель для душа и шампунь. Уборка номера каждые три дня. В номере холодильник, чайник, пакетированный чай, сахар. Утром на завтрак омлет с сосисками, нарезкой из огурцов, помидоров и сыра, небольшой толстый лаваш и несколько кусков тонкого лаваша. Порция огромная. Можно выбрать сендвичи. Администраторы -милые, доброжелательные девчонки. Всегда подскажут где недорого пообедать, каким транспортом можно добраться до нужного места, посоветуют хорошего гида (он действительно интересный). Ключи от номера и от входной двери в отель на тот случай, если вы решили погулять ночью. Не надо ломиться и звать администратора. Тихонько открыли и зашли в отель. Я очень довольно. Ощущение, как дома.

Спасибо отелю Гранада за радужный приём, особенно уважаемой Наре. Очень отзывчивый коллектив, тепло и уютно плюс в ресторане вкусно готовят, повару респект. В номерах не накурено, свежий ремонт, проблемы с горячей водой или с чем то ещё не наблюдалось.
