升級了200平的雙卧別墅，主卧是非常舒適的，次卧相對普通，服務挺好，
環境：非常舒適，風景宜人。居然秋天開了櫻花，紅葉與櫻花同存，就是早餐與酒店的級別相比，略微普通。

尤其特別感謝接駁車司機王星先生，11月1日晚上7點，酒店所有充電位都停滿時，我停在邊上等候。他和往常一樣，主動來詢問困難，並自發的先帶我去了萬科地下停車點，但我的車太高進不去，又帶我到邊上的小區，才充上電。雖然不是驚天動地的大事，但管中足以窺豹，有這樣的員工，足以説明管理層所營造的優秀組織文化。
相信悦榕莊，一定會欣欣向榮，基業長青。再次感謝悦榕莊。

黃山悦榕莊是我們此行特別驚喜的酒店，服務人員的態度讓我覺得驚訝，我們是喜歡到處住酒店旅行的，所以除了硬件，服務也是非常重要的。我們剛從黃山下來，預訂房間的時候不知道我預訂的房間是兩層需要上下樓梯的，有點絕望…好在酒店的工作人員特別是矮矮的大堂經理我不知道名字，不厭其煩帶我們看其它房型（酒店當天基本滿房），最後選擇到了喜歡的房型，還贈送了我們下午茶。酒店的工作人員都非常敬業，有求必應，聯繫我的Amy，房間清潔阿姨Jo Yao，還有接送的電瓶車小哥，基本第二次就記住了我們的房間，非常贊…酒店本身就是風景，結合旁邊的盧村…完美！體驗了酒店的spa，非常不錯，舒緩了登山的疲憊，想不到在這麼偏僻的山村也有專業的水平…總之絕對好評！
